I was a bit concerned that this wouldn't have great water pressure, but it's perfect. The sprayer is strong which helps during showers and cleaning. The rainfall head has great pressure too. It does get water spots and fingerprints. If you want something that stays completely spot free, this isn't for you.

My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

I had one of these Raincan showers (#342701) installed and when you turn it on, it starts with hot water. I called yeterday and your representative said something was inserted backwards and needed to be flipped. Could you tell me exactly what that was.

I recently purchased and installed the Delta 342701 model showerhead and handheld with the included valve kit. It seems like I can't control the water volume. Showerhead is fine but handheld is weak. How do I control volume? Please help.

Delta Modern 14 Series Square Rain Shower System Faucet can water coming out be made hotter by a valve behind the wall ? Adjusting the handle to full right which is full hot is not hot enough so is there a valve that can add more hot coming out?

How do I get more water pressure out of the system. When I make the water hot it is closer to the off switch and decreases the pressure is there any way I can have the hot water side closer to the on switch instead of the cold water being near the on side

Can this be installed with a tub?

Hi Sara, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 342701. The included valve rough does not have a tub spout outlet. We don't recommend connecting a tub spout to a shower diverter. Yes with the valve R22000 and a 342701, or a 14 series, the flow rate varies from 4.1 GPM to 5.8 GPM without stops, and with stops it varies from 3.9 GPM to 5.6 GPM. Would love this shower and hand held but want 3 position diverter: shower, handheld, and both. Is it possible with another diverter cartridge / plumbing it differently.

With either cartridge, the plumbing will be the same. The right side diverter outlet should be plugged. It uses the top and left outlets. Please reach out with any additional questions! How can I control the temperature using the lower handle? It seems like I can't adjust both volume and temperature simultaneously. For instance, I want to achieve a very low flow with hot water.

The bottom handle turns on the faucet and controls the temperature. Our 17 and 17T series showers include volume control. We have purchased two Model 342701 shower assemblies as well as replacement diverters so that one can use shower only, wand only, or both simultaneously. The diverter works fine on the first shower but not on the second shower. Any idea why?

A similar valve trim with an integrated diverter in Venitian bronze is available as model T24867-RB. We have fully installed the shower head and it’s working great.  The only issue we are having is the water temperature.  When we turn to hot, the water only gets to Luke warm at best. Any suggestions for getting the water hotter?
