This Modern Collection bundle offers a streamlined, contemporary design and the components you need for a complete shower. Rated 1 out of 5 by from shower hardware and sink hardware DO NOT Work. The plumber came today to install those and said they wouldn't shut off, couldn't shut off the water. My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

I recently purchased a 342701-sp and after the cement board and tiles were installed realized the it was to far in. Is there a longer diverter cartridge.

This product claims to be ADA compliant. Does the hand-held wand have an on/off control with a non-positive shut-off?

We just installed the Delta Modern Raincan Square Shower System but the shower head has very low water pressure-   Is there any way to adjust these or remove flow controller?

I bought this system from Amazon. This only give cold water. How do I make it warmer

The middle setting provides equal hot and cold water, resulting in the water being cooler than expected. Can I use the capped port for tub fill?

Hi Steven, We don't recommend connecting a tub spout to a shower diverter. It will work, but the flow will be reduced compared to an R10000 series valve with a tub outlet. It may also be inconvenient to have the tub spout turned on in the shared positions. Or, the spout may drip until put in a shared position to let air into the pipe and drain the water. how do you take the faceplate of this shower? I have an older version but pretty much identical. It has a square faceplate with a volume / temp controller and a diverter for the handheld shower. no screws on the outside and no place for allen wrench

I had one of these Raincan showers (#342701) installed and when you turn it on, it starts with hot water. I called yeterday and your representative said something was inserted backwards and needed to be flipped. Could you tell me exactly what that was.
