The cord on the handheld also is still very stiff , even after a few weeks of usage.

I was a bit concerned that this wouldn't have great water pressure, but it's perfect. The sprayer is strong which helps during showers and cleaning. The rainfall head has great pressure too. It does get water spots and fingerprints. If you want something that stays completely spot free, this isn't for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from shower hardware and sink hardware DO NOT Work. The plumber came today to install those and said they wouldn't shut off, couldn't shut off the water. My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

Hi, ive purchased Delta 342701-sp.May I use 3 function RP 71718 diverter instead of 2 function to connect tub spout ?

Hi Anna, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 342701-SP. The included diverter cartridge can be replaced with 3-setting non-shared RP71718. We don't recommend connecting a tub spout to a shower diverter. It will work, but the flow will be reduced compared to a valve designed for filling a tub. Also, air pressure may trap some water in the pipe to the tub spout that can drip out over time, depending on the geometry of the tub spout. Please reach out with any additional questions! I recently purchased and installed the Delta 342701 model showerhead and handheld with the included valve kit. It seems like I can't control the water volume. Showerhead is fine but handheld is weak. How do I control volume? Please help.

How do I get more water pressure out of the system. When I make the water hot it is closer to the off switch and decreases the pressure is there any way I can have the hot water side closer to the on switch instead of the cold water being near the on side

Can this valve be used with a tub spout?

A tub spout can be connected to a shower outlet, but we don't recommend this because the flow rate may be reduced and it will take longer to fill a tub. With either cartridge, the plumbing will be the same. The right side diverter outlet should be plugged. It uses the top and left outlets. Please reach out with any additional questions! How can I control the temperature using the lower handle? It seems like I can't adjust both volume and temperature simultaneously. For instance, I want to achieve a very low flow with hot water.

I'm in the pre-construction phase of a new home construction. My builder uses Delta products and I'm looking for a Delta Modern™ Monitor® 14 Series Shower With Raincan, Hand Shower & Rough Valve In oiled rubbed bronze. I need matching fixtures in shower.

A similar valve trim with an integrated diverter in Venitian bronze is available as model T24867-RB. I've been using this shower for around 4 months and the square shower handle has become a little loose when it's in the off position. Everything appears to be working fine, but when I tried tightening it didn't seem to fix the issue. Any suggestions?

It includes an extender for the diverter handle and longer escutcheon screws. If the valve handle cannot be installed, the valve rough may need to be moved forward to the correct depth.
