Beautiful fixtures
Beautiful fixtures not really complete the shower. The size of the waterfall head is perfect, and the bar is long enough to keep the water away from the wall and plenty of room to stand underneath it. Will need to watch for water spots. The only issue seems to be that the water pressure is much lower than my previous showerhead, but I will check with the contractor to see if there’s anything that could be done about that.

Wonderful Sleek Showerhead Set
Absolutely love and adore this shower set! It’s so nice looking and sleek, really makes it for the shower. Fits easily on the wall and didn’t take too long to install as our shower set was already matching to what was required. The handle feature is perfect especially for giving my dog a bath or when cleaning out the shower. Easy to keep clean too and no dusting or anything like that thankfully. I would gladly get this brand again! *Received as part of an incentivized review in exchange for my fair and honest opinion.

Q&A
Just used this raincan shower system for first time and confused about diverter handle. Is it supposed to be able to turn to the right? Water diverted correctly to handle when turned to left but stopped completely when turned all the way to right.

The right port for the diverter valve should be capped off. This will allow for water to divert to the showerhead, hand shower or both at the same time.

I just completed the installation of 342702-SP. Upon attaching the knobs for the water and diverter to the valve body and tightening the screw to secure, there is a hole in each handle where water can get in. Are there plugs to be inserted?

Does this really control water volume and temperature separately?

No, the volume can not be adjusted. The smaller handle on top diverts water between hand shower and the showerhead. The larger handle turns the water on and only adjusts temperature.

my plumber installed the supply fixture in the wrong location. is the an sprayer are piece(that attaches to the wall and holds the handheld sprayer) that is like the original one but flipped the other way aroundL

The install sheet says to check the Parts & Accessories diagram to find the appropriate thick wall installation kit. I don't see any kit on the Parts & Accessories diagram. Can you confirm if a thick wall installation kit is needed? If so, which one?

For an issue with maintaining or controlling the temperature, the RP46074 cartridge may need to be replaced. If the water does not get hot enough, the Rotational Limit Stop may need to be adjusted.
