Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hand shower wand drips The shower system is attractive and functions well during a shower. However, the hand wand drips for many hours following a shower. Two weeks after installation I noticed yellow rust deposits on the shower floor and discovered that the wand was tarnished already and dripping rusty spots all day long. I began shaking water out of the wand after each shower, whether it was used or not, and it continues to drip water, now into a drip container, for many hours after the water has been turned off. I’m very disappointed with the product and do not recommend it.

The size of the waterfall head is perfect, and the bar is long enough to keep the water away from the wall and plenty of room to stand underneath it. Will need to watch for water spots. The only issue seems to be that the water pressure is much lower than my previous showerhead, but I will check with the contractor to see if there’s anything that could be done about that.

Fits easily on the wall and didn’t take too long to install as our shower set was already matching to what was required. The handle feature is perfect especially for giving my dog a bath or when cleaning out the shower. Easy to keep clean too and no dusting or anything like that thankfully. I would gladly get this brand again! *Received as part of an incentivized review in exchange for my fair and honest opinion.

The Delta Model#: 342702 has a rainfall shower head that uses a shower arm (RP103693) that extends from a wall. Is there a substitute part that allows the rainfall shower head to be mounted on the ceiling?

Is the temperature control separate than the volume control? In case it is not, do you have a model same as above but with separate temperature and volume control?

2nd request! some of your pix show the shower sprayer tilted on the bracket.I want mine tilted! I removed the set screw from bracket but it would not tilt. Am I to force it to turn? Please advise.

I installed this product and when I turn the large handle on both the shower head and hand held water comes out of both so basically I can't turn the hand held shower off i tried turning the small lever but continues to run what did I' do wrong
