Really bad pressure and knob doesn’t work to deliver hot water smoothly
The water pressure is very low and the water controller knob is very sensitive, the hot water comes only towards the last part of the turn and it’s too hot at the end . Not balanced

I have a problem with the piece (collar) that fits over the diverter(?) for hot/cold temps, was about 1/16-1/8 too small. Now I'm trying to exchange the part.

Love the idea of this raincan. The metal is elegant and intricate but simple. The wand was sleek and a perfect tie in to the raincan system. I was unfortunately unable to install with my bath fitter. Hope I can find a friend who can use the whole system besides just the raincan shower head that I installed.

Really luxurious and easy to install
I absolutely love this addition to my shower. It feels so luxurious! The handheld sprayer is amazing, the rain can type showerhead feels like I’m at a fancy hotel. This was very easy to install even for me! It seems super durable and was definitely worth the price that they have it at. I also love that the shower and wipes clean so there’s no lime or calcium buildup. I would suggest to anyone trying to make their shower, feel luxurious and hotel fancy like. All in all I really love this and I’m so happy to review it and have it part of my shower. Thank you again!

I really like the Delta Modern Monitor 14 Series Shower. The raincan shower head feels luxurious, and the handheld shower is convenient for rinsing or cleaning. The water stays at a comfortable temperature because of the pressure balance valve, so no sudden hot or cold surprises. I also like that the spray holes are easy to clean, and it uses less water than most showers without affecting performance. The matte black finish looks modern and stylish. i recently received the Delta Modern 14 Series Round Rain Shower System Faucet Set, Rainfall Matte Black Shower Head and Handle Set. even though the package was poor (it looked like somebody already opened it), but the material was good with modest style, big rainfall shower head. my friend needed to hire handyman to install it, kind of hard for me to do it myself. however, the bathroom is totally different after my friend installed it: nice and fancy. Highly recommend!!

I like the valve and the shower head is a good size. The diverter is nice. I wish the diverter had a 3 setting so I could use the hand held and the shower head at the same time. It’s either wand or the rain shower head.

Great delta quality
Love the size of this rain shower head. Great for rinsing and overall use. I appreciate the stream pressure and the chrome finish. It’s delta standard but feels as luxe and polished nickel. The handspray attachment has a nice weight to it.

Easy installation and even easier cleaning
This shower set came at the perfect time. The overall feel of the product is very luxurious and the shower is very easy to control. Water pressure is not too strong but also not to weak. Water flows with no issues and installation was incredibly easy. I also like how the shower head is adjustable and that it comes with a separate washer for your body. Super amazing, we absolutely love it!!

Love the style
I really liked the design of this system and wanted to upgrade our master bathroom shower. This makes the third Delta Monitor 14 series system we have installed in this bathroom and having the existing system was beneficial for parts of this installation. My partner installed this over the weekend. He is very handy and while he said the instructions were great, he did need to look up something on YouTube. Would recommend this for professionals or very handy people only. You will also need back panel access unless you want to be removing tiles for install. We need need to buy a diamond hole saw for tile to install the handheld portion, but the rest of the tools we had on hand from previous projects. To do this again, I would not pick chrome, I would go with something that hides fingerprint better. The handheld sprayer is my favorite part of this system, but I dont like that the hose won't hang flat. Also, the Delta hose appears to have downgraded in quality over the years. We need to find our grout before we can try to remove the shower arm and install the long arm because our current won't budge. I did install the tincan showerhead on the existing shorter arm for a quick video. The pressure is weaker than I prefer so I am glad this will be in the guest room. I put the arm in place and to stand completely under the, I was much closer to the shower wall than I prefer. I think 6 to 8 more inches would have been a better experience. I will update once we get the arms switched out and I can fully confirm.

Durable, elegant and wonderful shower set
The product comes in a well packaged box with a detailed instruction manual. It is a little challenging to install but with right instruments it is possible. The shower is made with strong material which should make it very durable. The big rain can is definitely the best thing and I loved using it. Overall very satisfied with the product.

Great Shower Upgrade, but Installation Was Tricky
The Delta shower set itself is great — sturdy, well made, and beautifully designed. I wanted to refresh our shower, and this set with both the raincan and hand shower was a perfect match. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The only challenge came during installation. Our existing setup had a 3-way pipe system, while this one required 4. Since our shower wall is fully tiled with no access from behind, my husband had to get creative to install it through a small hole under the main valve without damaging the tiles. It took some time, but he figured it out!
Now that it’s in, it looks amazing and works nicely. The rain shower has a pleasant water pressure, though the hand shower could be a bit stronger. Overall, we really love our new Delta shower system — it completely upgraded the look and feel of our bathroom.

Just used this raincan shower system for first time and confused about diverter handle. Is it supposed to be able to turn to the right? Water diverted correctly to handle when turned to left but stopped completely when turned all the way to right.

I just completed the installation of 342702-SP. Upon attaching the knobs for the water and diverter to the valve body and tightening the screw to secure, there is a hole in each handle where water can get in. Are there plugs to be inserted?

Does this really control water volume and temperature separately?

No, the volume can not be adjusted. The smaller handle on top diverts water between hand shower and the showerhead. The larger handle turns the water on and only adjusts temperature.

my plumber installed the supply fixture in the wrong location. is the an sprayer are piece(that attaches to the wall and holds the handheld sprayer) that is like the original one but flipped the other way aroundL

The install sheet says to check the Parts & Accessories diagram to find the appropriate thick wall installation kit. I don't see any kit on the Parts & Accessories diagram. Can you confirm if a thick wall installation kit is needed? If so, which one?

For an issue with maintaining or controlling the temperature, the RP46074 cartridge may need to be replaced. If the water does not get hot enough, the Rotational Limit Stop may need to be adjusted.
