Versatility at its finest
Gifted this to my parents who are re-doing their bathroom and they are so happy with it. They have been wanting a rainfall shower head and this certainly exceeded expectations. They like that it also has the hand shower which allows for easy use of giving the dog a shower as well.

Difficult installation
I was so excited about this- but didn’t realize you needed to literally take apart your wall in order to put it together. Really difficult installation. Once put inside the wall and wired- it has good water pressure and I love the handle. The chrome gets water marks as expected.

Ok, except the hose
The hose is terrible and looks ridiculous. It's plastic, kinked and not flexible. For almost $700 I would have expected a decent hose. The remainder of the product seems like good quality.

Installed two of these in our Primary Bath. The flow is nice on both. It’s not clear from the description but the rain head does have a slight angle adjustment. The color is very handsome. The units are very well priced.

Beautiful rain shower and hand held combo
I bought this shower system for a newly renovated bathroom shower. I ordered this in black. I love the sleek design and am so pleased with the rain shower! I am able to adjust the angle of the shower to fit our needs. My husband and I are older so we appreciate the hand held feature option when showering while seated.

This shower system is high quality and looks fantastic in our new bathroom. The oversize showerhead is a pleasure and the hand unit is a bonus.
Note that the valve can only be used for overhead or handheld - you cannot use both at once.

Who wouldn’t love it
I received this product in exchange for my honest feedback - even though it’s a large head (I’ve attached a photo comparing the size to my old one) the design doesn’t make it feel so, the only thing that’s taken some used to is the head being basically completely mirrored. But having the handheld component is such a plus I don’t want a shower without one again. It’s a little bit more difficult to install than I expected but I’ve also never done that before so I had someone come out and help me, but I do believe it came with everything that was needed.

Love the rain showerhead!
Our bathroom reno is behind schedule so I haven't had the chance to install the handheld wand but we installed the rain showerhead and it is amazing!! It definitely makes a difference from the old small showerhead we have. It definitely feels like standing in a rain shower! Can't wait to get the rest of it installed. The wand will be perfect for bathing my dogs!

Plastic Hose Not Same Color as Metal Hardware
Received this today and most of the pieces are a nice matte black and good quality except for the hand shower hose. I am hoping they sent the wrong one, because the hose I received is gloss black, stiff as a board and looks nothing like the hose pictured in the listing. The hose will not hang as pictured in the listing, and it is cheap solid plastic, but made to look like it is braided. Also, where it was bent in shipment the hose is flattening and looks like it is about to kink. Very disappointing for over $500.

Great Customer service! Thank you Daniel.
We hired a plumber to install the new shower system. Unfortunately, the job could not be completed because the screw set in the valve handle was not the correct size. We were disappointed.
But I would like to thank Daniel from customer service for his professionalism and assistance. He found the trim kit we need and got the part ordered and it is on the way. I hate that I took so long to finally get my bathroom remodeled and that I still need to wait to use it. But, Daniel extremely helpful. Thank you. I will provide an update once the we are able to finally use our new shower. I can't wait.

Definitely not a do-it-yourself
I have been able to install multiple delta plumbing fixtures in my home relatively easily, but this is definitely going to require the services of a professional. It is an absolutely beautiful shower head, but in no way shape or form is it something that the average do it yourselfer is going to be able to do. The number of pieces and plumbing knowledge involved is extensive to say the least.

Just used this raincan shower system for first time and confused about diverter handle. Is it supposed to be able to turn to the right? Water diverted correctly to handle when turned to left but stopped completely when turned all the way to right.

The right port for the diverter valve should be capped off. This will allow for water to divert to the showerhead, hand shower or both at the same time.

I just completed the installation of 342702-SP. Upon attaching the knobs for the water and diverter to the valve body and tightening the screw to secure, there is a hole in each handle where water can get in. Are there plugs to be inserted?

Does this really control water volume and temperature separately?

No, the volume can not be adjusted. The smaller handle on top diverts water between hand shower and the showerhead. The larger handle turns the water on and only adjusts temperature.

my plumber installed the supply fixture in the wrong location. is the an sprayer are piece(that attaches to the wall and holds the handheld sprayer) that is like the original one but flipped the other way aroundL

The install sheet says to check the Parts & Accessories diagram to find the appropriate thick wall installation kit. I don't see any kit on the Parts & Accessories diagram. Can you confirm if a thick wall installation kit is needed? If so, which one?

For an issue with maintaining or controlling the temperature, the RP46074 cartridge may need to be replaced. If the water does not get hot enough, the Rotational Limit Stop may need to be adjusted.
