The style is very nice. Love the sink stopper that you just push down on it instead of having the pull on the back of the faucet. Wish that the handles had a tighter turn to them. Also wish it had more water pressure.

A beautiful streamlined set
This is a beautiful, streamlined set. The handles feel good to the touch. I have the champagne honey color and love it. It does spot with water, but I typically wipe the counter and fixtures to dry with a towel. It shines right up.

I purchased a Velum faucet in Champagne Bronze and am having a difficult time keeping it clean from hard water stains/spots. Can you advise on best product to use for cleaning?

We recommend cleaning Delta Faucet products with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
If additional cleaning is required the following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use:
Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner
Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner
Windex® Original Glass Cleaner
Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used. Please do not use anything labeled “all-purpose bathroom cleaner".

i am looking at purchasing this faucet. the 5" spout reach dimension is from the center line of the supply or from the back of the square vertical supply? i could not find a spec sheet

One of the handles is slightly misaligned with off (turns more than 90 degrees)- can this be adjusted?

I recommend confirming the handle is aligned with the long tube under the sink installed away from the spout. You can also remove and reinstall the handle. Remove the handle by turning the base counterclockwise.

I had a technician who was unable to renove the aerrator to clean it. He was suibg unversal.opener. please advise
I just purchased and installed a Velum 3537LF-CZMPU faucet. If for some reason the quarter turn cartridge would need to be replaced, how is than done. Delta documentation does not clearly address the Velum faucet. There are no set screws in the handles.

Can the aerator be removed to clean debris from pipes?

How do you put the button on the back down after you’ve pulled it to plug the drain?

Our buttons are usually shaped a specific way to fit on the back of the spout. If the button is not fitting properly, try rotating the button to see if it will fit a certain way.
