Must buy! High end and simple to install!
I’ve taken a picture of the packaging because I wanted you to see how this company really cares for its product. Everything was wrapped in fabric so that it didn’t scratch. Itself it’s so clean! You will have to have the proper sink to install this so check to make sure but easy to install, water flow is better than normal and just looks so clean and high end! This is a must buy!

Beautiful faucet
The Delta Velum Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet in Chrome is absolutely beautiful. It is solidly made and artfully crafted. It uses less water while maintaining an adequate flow. Unfortunately a component of one of the handles was cracked and so I was unable to use this, but will be returning it for another in the future. It’s a lovely design with plenty of clearance for washing hands and filling the odd bottle if you need to.

A quality product!
This Delta faucet, which I received from Influenster, is going to help modernize our guest bathroom. It comes with all of the parts for installation, and comes very well packaged. All of the chrome pieces were well protected. I really like the sleek and modern design! It has the look and feel of a quality product! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful looking faucet !
We haven’t installed it yet, as we are waiting to find someone who is going to redo our bathroom, but I can already tell that is going to look beautiful with this modern and sleek design. As all Delta products, this one also looks like a great quality. I like the finish, which cleans nicely, and looks shiny. Absolutely looking forward to using it!

I’m 100% Satisfied I just love the results I have put pictures of before and after so you can see the difference and how modern and the elegance it looks and gives a difference in your bathroom I love it 😍 the first picture is my old one and then the new one 🤩🤩🤩 the chrome gives a shiny look a beauty, the installation was easy peasy and was installed in 30 min or less not a hassle at all it was fast and easy to set up, it’s well made durable and worth it, the water flow is outstanding the one I had before didn’t dispense water properly desired but this one is a beauty the water flow is perfect and neat and just right cleaning also is easy the maintenance because it shines right up whenever you clean it this is a faucet you would love in your bathroom I love it 😍

Sleek and high-quality
Installation is gonna take a little longer than I anticipate it because we’re going to have to purchase a new sink as the one we have here only has the spot for one hole, but I can already tell you this design is beautiful. It’s durable. The pieces are heavy and weight and look like they were built well This is going to be absolutely beautiful in our bathroom.

Champagne Bronze Color doesn't match the site
We ordered these for our master bath, and the color of the champagne bronze in real life is no where near what it shows online. Online is very gold - in real life it's a very muted, almost silver color. We're changing it for black because it would actively clash with our gold light fixtures that are the exact same color as what is pictured here.

We plan to install this in the playroom sink
We haven't installed this yet, as the playroom isn't there yet, but we are going to install this in the playroom for a sink to wash up and clean up after play. It's nicely built with super easy instructions for install. It seems sturdy and easy to clean and is a sleek, pretty design without being fancy. I absolutely love this and will update when we install!

Very sleek and sophisticated look!
After receiving the delta faucet set, I must say that I have a new favorite. This Velum two handle set is very sleek and sophisticated looking. The water flow is perfect and the handles glide smoothly. The black color goes with any decor so you won’t have any trouble incorporating the faucet into existing designs. I purchased a Velum faucet in Champagne Bronze and am having a difficult time keeping it clean from hard water stains/spots. Can you advise on best product to use for cleaning?

We recommend cleaning Delta Faucet products with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
If additional cleaning is required the following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use:
Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner
Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner
Windex® Original Glass Cleaner
Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used. Please do not use anything labeled “all-purpose bathroom cleaner".

How do you put the button on the back down after you’ve pulled it to plug the drain?

Our buttons are usually shaped a specific way to fit on the back of the spout. If the button is not fitting properly, try rotating the button to see if it will fit a certain way.

One of the handles is slightly misaligned with off (turns more than 90 degrees)- can this be adjusted?

I recommend confirming the handle is aligned with the long tube under the sink installed away from the spout. You can also remove and reinstall the handle. Remove the handle by turning the base counterclockwise.
