Great Value!
I replaced all of my bathroom sink faucets with recertified Delta Dryden widespread faucets in Venetian Bronze. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing "open box" items, but, while the boxes had clearly been previously opened, the contents were all new, unused and present and accounted for. Installation was straight-forward, and I love the look and quality of my new faucets. And being able to get them through the recertified program delivered great value. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Q&A
We just put in a brand new Delta faucet in our bathroom… The water does not flow out steady and easily. It sprays everywhere. how do we fix this?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 3551-RBMPU-DST-R. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused by the spraying. We are happy to help!
Cover the drain to avoid losing parts and unscrew the aerator at the end of the spout with the included wrench. There should be a flat rubber gasket or washer on the back of the aerator or it may be stuck inside the spout. Ensure the gasket is in place, clean or rinse the aerator, and screw it back into the spout.
If the issue remains, the aerator may need to be replaced. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions!

The stream of one of my faucets (35768LF-08) no longer aerates and the stream is small out of both cold and hot (the other same faucets are running well). I cannot see how to remove the aerator to clean it. Please advise. Visual instructions?

The Dryden® Widespread Bathroom Faucet (Recertified) Model#: 3551-RBMPU-DST-R Aerator Model#: RP54977 can be removed with the included wrench. We recommend soaking it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the DRYDEN® Widespread Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 3551-MPU-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.
