Nice but don't like the hookup
Really like the style of this faucet but it has the built in PEX connections for everything. I am not a fan of that style connection but I guess it is how Delta does things. It is more difficult to install because of the PEX line. Not sure how long the PEX will last either without cracking.

Love this faucet
We put this faucet in our bathroom and I absolutely love it! Gives the bathroom a modernized look. I love how it uses less water but you can’t even tell. There’s still a nice flow and such great quality!

I absolutely love this faucet! It was easy to put on in my bathroom and works like a charm. It adds some class. The finish is great. So far i haven't had any issues with water spots. It's simple to wipe down.

Nice improvement
Installed this beauty in our spare bathroom because the one we had was very outdated and needed to be replaced. The install instructions were somewhat complex but if you have ever installed a faucet, just use them as a guideline and install should be quick and easy. My wife says this faucet adds that extra bit of modern design that really makes the bathroom look like it’s been newly remodeled. Very satisfied with the style and quality of this faucet.

Simple upgrade huge difference
I was needing to upgrade our existing faucet that was giving us problems due to the fact it was ancient. My wife came across this faucet and instantly fell in love with the modern style of it. The install was fairly straight forward as long as you don't over analyze the installation instructions. The faucet works and looks amazing. This was a perfect upgrade to our bathroom we are very pleased.

In your Trillian collection of faucets, is the Stainless Steel collection actually made of stainless steel, or is that just the name of the outside coating or finish?

Are the handles supposed to sit on little black plastic bases? That's how my plumber installed them, and I thought from the photos that it would be chrome flush to the deck. Also, the tiny black plastic clips broke on one base, and now the trim spins.

Yes, the TRILLIAN™ MODEL#: 35543-PR-MPU-DST handles should sit flush to the deck. Our products do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. When can we expect the standard finishes to be back in stock?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 35543-KS-PR-MPU-DST.
Models without Lumicoat finishes are discontinued. We do not expect to carry them again. They have been replaced by the models with Lumicoat.

How do I tighten a loose handle on my new trillion faucet

We have a loose handle head on a Delta Trillian model #35543. How do I tighten the handle head? How do I access the Allen screw area?
