DO NOT BUY from
A very ugly black, hard plastic washer
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. A very ugly black, hard plastic twist on the washer can not be removed because it holds the faucet to the countertop. My plumber installed two of these in my owner's bathroom on our 3cm white Zimbabwe marble ($140 psf) countertop while we were at work. When my wife and I returned that evening, we immediately texted our plumber to remove the eye-popping black plastic washer or replace it with another faucet where the medal meets the marble. He told us the plastic can not be removed or cut out. The black plastic was very noticeable; maybe this works on a black color countertop. They hide this black plastic washer (MISTAKE) in all their photos. PDI Kitchen in GA tells my plumber they will not refund this expensive garbage; all sales are final. We are out over $1400 (parts and labor) because we replaced them anyway.
