So I gave it to my mom who it actually fit in her bathroom. There was too much to hook up in my small vanity in my bathroom underneath didn’t have enough room for all of the pieces She said that it’s beautiful and that it works very well!!! Can’t wait to start my kitchen remodel and bedroom Hopefully this brand has other things I can look for because they have very good products I gave three stars because of the fact that I could not use it myself because it said that it would be compatible but when we got it, it was a lot of pieces

I have dealt with light cheap plastic-like faucets in the past, and I could tell this Delta two handle faucet. is excellent and reliable in comparison. The fixtures are well made of metal and have a solid heft to them. I’m sure they will last an extremely long time. The label even says guaranteed for life! Satisfied with this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice quality, difficult dimensions I’m honestly only rating this 3 stars right now because it’s been a whole struggle and I have yet to fully install or get to use the faucet yet. SO MANY PROBLEMS. The problems are not all with the faucet. We went to replace our faucet and realized our sink was rusty. We then went to buy a new sink and decide to full send and get a new vanity. That was an ordeal to install with lots of issues that came up. So now hip deep in a renovation just to review this faucet we finally are ready to install it. It doesn’t fit the new vanity sink holes…. So my husband is now trying to figure out how to accommodate. I will return to give an update once it’s finally installed. The product itself is such nice quality. It’s really a beautiful looking piece. I’m excited to have this as our main bathroom faucet.

It’s a sleek modern vibe, the handles are a good size. The only thing I didn’t love was how shiny the finish is. But it seems durable and great quality!

The assembly was easy enough for a woman to install it without any problems. The water flows quickly and quietly through the faucet without any leaking components. I would highly recommend this product and design when considering what type of faucet you’re wanting to use in your bathroom.

Hello! My husband and I recently moved into a new construction home, and the builders did not install any of the hot/cold buttons. So our beautiful Ashlyn sinks have missing pieces. Does Delta sell these pieces?

I pulled up the mechanism on the faucet to close the drain and now I can’t get it to stay down.  Is there a trick?

Hello Laurie, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help with your question about the Delta Faucet 3564-BLMPU-DST! Check that the lift rod and horizontal rod are free to move below the sink. The connection to the horizontal rod can be adjusted for the sink height. If the issue remains, disconnect the lift rod to see if the issue is with the movement of the horizontal rod in the drain or the movement of the lift rod in the faucet. I am trying to clean the aerator from build up on 3564-SSMPU-DST I see two screws underneath the spout which helped separate the spout, but I am worried that if I pull too hard to expose the aerator that I might break something. do you have a video?

I have the Ashlyn Stainless finish collection, which states having the brilliance finish.  I have frequent water spots.  Do you have recommendations?

Hi Saltyfrog, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface of the ASHLYN® Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 3564-SSMPU-DST after use. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. I just installed the DeltaAshlyn 1.2 GPM Widespread Bathroom Faucet with Pop-Up Drain Assembly. I like the look of it but the water comes out too fast. I am looking for an aerator or another way to slow down the flow so the user doesn't get splashed.

This faucet has a 1.2 GPM flow rate, we would recommend to slightly close the hot and cold shut off to bring the flow rate down.
