Drips ! Cold side will not stop dripping
Installed 3 weeks ago, so it has been flushed, anything in there should be out by now. Under maintenance notes “ remove handles by hand turning handle base counterclockwise “ will not budge and I have asked others to try it ! Would NOT recommend !

Leaks
We have a couple of these that are less than a year old. These are already low flow so it doesn’t take a lot buildup on the aerator to really slow the flow of water to next to a trickle. I ordered some new aerators that came with the little plastic wrench for taking out the old one and screw in the new one. You have to keep tightening a little and try the water and tighten more as the water will keep shooting out around the aerator until you get screwed in enough that the water only comes out through the aerator. What I did not see until later was the water leaking down the inside of the faucet and getting things wet under the sink. The good news is the water flow is much faster into the sink but now both faucets in my master bathroom both leak. I looked up underneath and both of them seem to be leaking from up inside the faucet themselves. Not happy with this purchase.

Meets an important need
I am SO glad this product exists. I am in a wheelchair full time and have to wash my hair in the sink sometimes. Before installing this faucet we had to use cups and pour them over my head. Not only was this messy, but my hair rarely got fully rinsed.

slow to turn on
These were on sale at Lowe's and I am going to return them. The water starts coming out of the faucet when the handle reaches 45 degrees from the off position. The contractor that installed them said I am being picky, but it is so frustrating to not be able to turn them on right away, to wait till it gets half way. I also feel that I am not getting the full flow of the water in the full on position.

Can I use this for as a Roman style bathtub deck mount. our original one is a delta about 14 years old and do not want to change the plumbing

Thank you for your question. The Delta Broadmoor Lavatory 35765LF-SPPD faucet is designed with a flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute. It will not provide enough flow for a Roman Tub install.

Is this faucet in black matte corrosion resistant?

The Sandover® Two Handle Widespread Pull-Down Bathroom Faucet Model#: 35748LF-BLPD has our Matte Black finish. We recommend that you always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish:
· Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner, Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners.
· Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
· Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes.

Will this work on an old cast iron sink with 6” center?

Model 35748LF-SPPD will fit in a 6" spread, the maximum deck thickness is 1 3/16". This one also has an extension kit, RP10612, to add another inch if the cast iron sink exceeds 1 3/16" thickness.
