Under maintenance notes “ remove handles by hand turning handle base counterclockwise “ will not budge and I have asked others to try it ! Would NOT recommend !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks We have a couple of these that are less than a year old. These are already low flow so it doesn’t take a lot buildup on the aerator to really slow the flow of water to next to a trickle. I ordered some new aerators that came with the little plastic wrench for taking out the old one and screw in the new one. You have to keep tightening a little and try the water and tighten more as the water will keep shooting out around the aerator until you get screwed in enough that the water only comes out through the aerator. What I did not see until later was the water leaking down the inside of the faucet and getting things wet under the sink. The good news is the water flow is much faster into the sink but now both faucets in my master bathroom both leak. I looked up underneath and both of them seem to be leaking from up inside the faucet themselves. Not happy with this purchase.

Before installing this faucet we had to use cups and pour them over my head. Not only was this messy, but my hair rarely got fully rinsed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from slow to turn on These were on sale at Lowe's and I am going to return them. The water starts coming out of the faucet when the handle reaches 45 degrees from the off position. The contractor that installed them said I am being picky, but it is so frustrating to not be able to turn them on right away, to wait till it gets half way. I also feel that I am not getting the full flow of the water in the full on position.

Is there a drain on pull down Model35748LF-SPPD?

how do you replace the cartridge in the sandover 2 handel bathroom faucet? can you access it from the top? I do not see any set screws. thanks CH

I have 3 of the Model # 35748LF-SPPD installed which we love. The issue with one unit is the base of the handle mount has no plastic cushioning piece. The other two sets have this plastic between the handle and the countertop. We need this plastic piece.

The include faucet bracket (shaped like a number 3) doesn't secure the faucet well to the sink. I can still swivel the faucet head from left to right. Is there an alternative bracket or technique to secure the faucet?

I'm just installing 2 Sandover faucets. I noticed a tag on the hot water faucet that said " CAUTION:DO NOT LET THE FAUCET TUBE TURN" despite how careful I was when installing the faucets, the tubes still turned some. Is that going to cause a leak?

Is the Aerator removable for cleaning?

There are no set screws visible to replace the cartridges on these Sandover faucets. Does anyone know the trick to do this is repair? People at Lowes had no idea.

On the support tab it says "3-hole 4" installation" but in the questions and answers tab it says minimum of 6" 3 he Instalation. Could you verify if 4" installation is possible? If so I'll be purchasing asap

Can this faucet be installed with a 10" spread instead of 8"? The Technical Specs ONLY says 8" (I'm used to Delta faucets allowing 6"-16"), but I have a situation that requires 10".

I've tried removing the handle by rotating the base counter clockwise but nothing comes apart when I do that. It stops after about 180 degrees and won't go any farther. Is it supposed to screw all the way off or does it disconnect somehow?
