I bought the Sandover faucet in 2022 and it leaks from the hot water side. I was told I need a new cartridge.The plumber didn't know how to access. There's no set screw.How do I remove the handle to access the cartridge? Where can I get a cartridge?

I have a bath faucet 3574LF seven months old, that drips replaced the cartridge with RP25513, and it still drips
