I have 3 of the Model # 35748LF-SPPD installed which we love. The issue with one unit is the base of the handle mount has no plastic cushioning piece. The other two sets have this plastic between the handle and the countertop. We need this plastic piece.

I replaced other bathroom faucets with Delta sandover. Which is the one I can use as tub filler?

The include faucet bracket (shaped like a number 3) doesn't secure the faucet well to the sink. I can still swivel the faucet head from left to right. Is there an alternative bracket or technique to secure the faucet?

I'm just installing 2 Sandover faucets. I noticed a tag on the hot water faucet that said " CAUTION:DO NOT LET THE FAUCET TUBE TURN" despite how careful I was when installing the faucets, the tubes still turned some. Is that going to cause a leak?

Is the Aerator removable for cleaning?

There are no set screws visible to replace the cartridges on these Sandover faucets. Does anyone know the trick to do this is repair? People at Lowes had no idea.

On the support tab it says "3-hole 4" installation" but in the questions and answers tab it says minimum of 6" 3 he Instalation. Could you verify if 4" installation is possible? If so I'll be purchasing asap

Can this faucet be installed with a 10" spread instead of 8"? The Technical Specs ONLY says 8" (I'm used to Delta faucets allowing 6"-16"), but I have a situation that requires 10".

I've tried removing the handle by rotating the base counter clockwise but nothing comes apart when I do that. It stops after about 180 degrees and won't go any farther. Is it supposed to screw all the way off or does it disconnect somehow?

Is this faucet in black matte corrosion resistant?

Hi YORKIES, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The Sandover® Two Handle Widespread Pull-Down Bathroom Faucet Model#: 35748LF-BLPD has our Matte Black finish. We recommend that you always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: · Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner, Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners. · Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. · Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes.
