2 years later, handles won't turn
We've enjoyed the faucet for just about 2 years and now the cold water handle is frozen and the hot water handle isn't far behind. We bought this faucet for the quality Delta is known for and expected it to last at least 10 years. Very disappointed.

After about 1 year
We installed this after remodeling all three of our bathrooms......looks beautiful but now the handles turn hard and completely come off.....Have no clue why this happened. So sad for two of my sinks. Thought for the price that it would last years but did not. Don't even know how to fix it because everything looks good.

No More Delta For Metexas from
Too much cheap plastic inside
Everything that should be metal is plastic. It has never worked correctly. Instead of securing the base to the counter with set screws or other tried and true methods, the handle base twists to lock in place by 4 plastic raised tabs that slide into metal slots on the base. Of course the cheap plastic tabs easily break off and now the whole damned base spins. The mechanism in the base that engages with the cylinder and which the handle screws into is, of course- plastic. That plastic gear engages with a metal receiver in the handle so you have metal spinning plastic - who's surprised that now the handle is stripped, too. Just a knucklehead design and a nightmare to install. It is not repairable - $150 plus hours wasted trying to salvage this are simply lost. Now I get to buy and install another set. Be assured, the replacement will not be a Delta.

Damage products
I bought two faucets boat faucets were damaged. It cost me money because I installed it and I needed to go buy a different faucet at night. It cost me $760
Labor and material for no reason I’m very upset. I thought I got a good deal on the faucets, but I did not know it’s damaged and very very upset. Very very bad experience with them. I would recommend nobody to buy anything from them go to different companies.

We have 2 Delta faucets (model 35770 LF) . One of them the handles turn very easy. The other one the handles turn really hard. Is there any way to adjust the handles so turn easier? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have ordered Portwood fixtures for both bathroom showers and sinks, however I don't know what you have available in these fixtures for the tub that is separate from the shower.

My cold side handle rotates a bit before the valve engages; I guess you could say it jiggles. Tightening the screw does not solve the issue. How can I get another handle assembly?

What does "recertified" mean?

Recertified means returns sent by dealers. The product has been examined to confirm the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed and all parts are included. In nearly all instances, the box was never opened. The packaging may show signs of wear.

I need just a replacement left handle and cartridge for the Delta Faucet 35770LF-SP. The handle has doesn't move and when I took & closer look the cartridge/attachment base was broken. How many I get this replacement part. This is for my mother-in-law.
