So far so good, easy to install. The faucet I replaced was a Delta, about 15 years old and the hoses were metal covered with threaded fittings. Now they're all plastic with quick connect fittings.

Poorly designed
Leaking from the spout bottom into the vanity. Poorly designed hot/cold mixing connection consists of 1/8 plastic tubing with quick connect fittings. The tube is leaking inside the spout and might be a relative easy fix but of course this part is not listed as replaceable.

Poor quality and performance.
Handles deteriorated on inside. Completely inoperable within 5 years of installation. Very disappointing. i bought a Delta to avoid premature failure and replacement.

Returned
Had to return it before it was fully installed. One of the nuts was misaligned and would not screw on to the faucet handle and the other handle came apart during installation. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.

Handles are getting harder and harder to turn
Great looking faucet.
We loved this faucet, until about 6 months ago. The cold water started to get harder and harder to turn. It is almost impossible to turn now and the hot side is starting to get harder now too. It has only been installed between two and three years. I assume it is the stem and valve assembly. I have not found a supplier for parts.

My review is more about the under sink appearance. We have a pedestal sink and the many black hoses and gadgets under the sink is not pleasant to look at. I actually thought the plumber had gotten random pieces out of his truck to install this. Will need to get something else.

Regarding the Delta Portwood 8" 2 hdl model 35770lf-sp. How long, in inches, are the mounting studs from faucet base to bottom? I need to make sure I have enough threads for mounting.

I am interested in the Portwood widespread faucet in brushed nickel and was wondering if there was a matching towel ring for this collection. If not, is there another collection that you would recommend to pair with the Portwood faucet?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Portwood collection is one of our newer collections and we do no currently manufacture any matching accessories for it. However, we would recommend Ashlyn, Tesla or Dryden accessories in the Stainless Steel finish to match the 35770LF-SP model.

Are the "HomeDepot" faucets made to the same quality standards with same materials?

I have the brushed nickel faucet and shower accessories. You stated in the question/answer above to get "Stainless Steel" finish. Some web sites offer the Dryden accessories in a polished nickel - is this very different from brushed nickel?

Thank you for your question. Our Polished Nickel is a high-gloss, pale gold finish. The Brilliance Stainless Steel is a neutral, low-gloss finish that is brushed. This will closely match a Brushed Nickel finish.

Second time I ask this.... you sent me a link with answer and it is not there. Are Home Depot delta faucets made with same materials and quality as delta faucets sold at plumbing supply facilities.

Thank you for your question. We appreciate your interest in Delta faucets. All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. However, the quality of all Delta faucets is the same.

What coordinating towel bars and hand held shower head and diverter for the shower head would you recommend with portwood?
