Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly designed Leaking from the spout bottom into the vanity. Poorly designed hot/cold mixing connection consists of 1/8 plastic tubing with quick connect fittings. The tube is leaking inside the spout and might be a relative easy fix but of course this part is not listed as replaceable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommended Very good product that performs well. One main reason for buying a Delta faucet is the very good customer service we have experienced with Delta in the past.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returned Had to return it before it was fully installed. One of the nuts was misaligned and would not screw on to the faucet handle and the other handle came apart during installation. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handles are getting harder and harder to turn Great looking faucet. We loved this faucet, until about 6 months ago. The cold water started to get harder and harder to turn. It is almost impossible to turn now and the hot side is starting to get harder now too. It has only been installed between two and three years. I assume it is the stem and valve assembly. I have not found a supplier for parts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from installation My review is more about the under sink appearance. We have a pedestal sink and the many black hoses and gadgets under the sink is not pleasant to look at. I actually thought the plumber had gotten random pieces out of his truck to install this. Will need to get something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same handle issue that others reported I bought this faucet in 2021 and the hot water handle became defective about 2 years later. In reading reviews I now see many customers had the same exact issue - the base turns with the handle. It cannot be fixed. I had to replace it after just three (3!) years and made sure not to buy a Delta replacement. I chose to take time to write this review to save others similar frustration. Stay away from this faucet.

Is there a 2.2 gpm aerator available for this faucet? If so, the part number?

Asked by: BillyT
Thank you for your question, BillyT! The Portwood Widespread lavatory faucet has a Cashe or "hidden" aerator, Delta part number RP84385-1.2, that has a thread size of 13/16". Unfortunately we do not manufacture another aerator to fit this specific model however an alternative may be found from a plumbing supply store or directly from the manufacturer of this part. This is manufactured by NeoPearl and their part number of 45.2060.220. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP81288 Best regards, Edward

Hello Michelle, Thank you for your question. We would recommend Ashlyn, Tesla or Dryden models in the Stainless Steel finish to match the Delta Portwood Lavatory 35770LF-SP model. Best regards, Tanya

What towel bar set would you recommend matching with the Portwood faucet since you don't make one in that style? Also, have you known people to mix colors of facets and towel bar sets? I was thinking of dark bronze faucets and champagne bronze for wall.

Asked by: Dawn
Hi, Dawn! Thank you for your question. At this time, we do not make a matching towel bar for the Delta Portwood 35770LF-RB Faucet. We do encourage our customers to mix and match our accessories and lavatory faucets to make a custom bathroom to their own personal liking! Best Regards, Rosanna

In attempting to remove the aerator which would not release. I used a ice pick to get it out but ended up destroying the fill tube in the spout. can i obtain a replacement fill tube to go inside the faucet spout of my Portwood model 35770LF-SP ?

Asked by: Larry
Hello Customer! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We do not recommend using an icepick to remove the aerator. It can be removed with the RP84385 aerator removal tool. The interior tube is not replaceable. The entire faucet will need to be replaced and is now outside of our warranty. How do I replace the cartridge (Stem) in each Flynn faucet. Throught the top (Some how remove the handle.) or disconnect the water supply/spout connection, remove the facet handle from the sink basin and access it that way?

Asked by: Phil
Hello Phil! Thank you for your question! I will be happy to help. Before beginning please be sure to close the shut off valves off under the sink. In order to remove these handles you simply need to twist the bottom portion of the handle off the handle base counterclockwise. This will allow you to then remove the bonnet nut securing the stem unit in the valve. After this simply remove the old stem unit, install the new one, replace the bonnet nut and handle. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Tim

Installed this faucet and have no water coming out of the faucet. I have flow and pressure at the connectors after the shutoff valves. Removed the aerator for flow but still no water. Any tips or advice to troubleshoot?

Asked by: Greg
Hello Greg, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Nicole

Just installed the Delta Faucet DELTA® Portwood™ Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet, 35770LF. It is leaking at the quick connect. I've noticed other reviews that mention this same problem. Any solutions? Thanks.

Asked by: Leakie
Hi Hopeful, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 35770LF-SP. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! To first troubleshoot this issue, you may need to push the fitting up over the nipple a little harder (you should hear a distinct "snap" or "click"). If you push it on gently, you might hear a slight click, but you haven't quite compressed the o-ring into the housing of the hose. One more push should solve the problem. Please contact us directly for further assistance or if you have any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

Looking at a few faucets. On the videos it shows that the maximum deck thickness is 1.19 inches. What does that mean?

Asked by: JeffL
Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 35770LF-SP. For a deck that will receive heavy use or support furniture, 1.19 inches. thickness is recommended. Pressure-treated woods for decking tend to run slightly thicker due to the preservative treatments, so you may need to look for boards thicker than 1.19 inches. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical information at 800-345-3358.
