Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor quality! I bought 3 of these faucets about 3 years ago and have already had to replace 2 of them! Very frustrated and Delta kept sending me parts that I did not need and finally told me that some of the parts were not replaceable. Cheap plastic parts and the handles to not hold up at all. The one I replaced last year already had issues with the hot and cold handles tightening up and I just replaced the handles. Unfortunately, I have two of these on my master bathroom sinks so I can not afford to get 2 totally different ones. I did get rid of the one in my guest bathroom. Such a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good looking faucet, but poorly designed. Great looking faucet, but a nightmare to deal with when its time to replace the cartridges. After significant build-up of calcium, I attempted to remove the lock ring that protects the cartridge, but was unable to do so without disconnecting the water line and removing the entire valve. Extremely inconvenient and it creates a situation where the plastic base will be vulnerable to breakage.... Upon reinstalling the handle and twisting it back onto the plastic base, the locking "wings" on the base that secure the handle, snapped right off. I have two of these sink (4 handles total) and all four broke off. When you initially install the sink, the handle does not need to be removed in order to install so this won't be an issue for you until its time to replace the cartridges. This is a good looking faucet, but the plastic base is a very poor design and is guaranteed to break when reinstalling the handle. The metal housing that holds the cartridge also deteriorated so its only a matter of time before it fails as well. Good luck finding replacement plastic bases for this faucet...the big box stores don't carry them and its not a universal part. Check before you buy and save yourself a lot of money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks good, but lousy quality This faucet, seemingly made exclusively for Home Depot, looks sharp, with an amazing, brushed nickel finish. Unfortunately, its design leaves A LOT to be desired. After about 1 year of moderate use (only 4 people in the household,) the cold-water handle became very hard to operate: squeaking and requiring significant force to turn. a few weeks later, the hot-water handle came off, separating from the base altogether, uncovering a plastic cheap junk quality-material. On the bright side, Delta's customer service promised to send parts to fix it. That's nice, but I would anticipate the same thing happening again, given the poor design quality. Do yourself a favor and steer away from this model altogether!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Handles I purchased this product in May 2022 at Home Depot and had it installed professionally. After 1 year the cold water handle was very hard to turn. Yesterday the hot water handle twisted all the way off! The handle broke off from the base and base turns freely. I did not know they were plastic until it fell apart. As pretty as the product is, I would not recommend, as it did not last long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handles get prematurely worn out, stay away Bought 3 of these to replace the 14 year old ones that were from the builders. These new ones don’t last a long time. In fact, they only last about a month or two before the handle start getting worn out prematurely all three of them have the same issue and I think it’s a manufacturer defect the address this issue I would stay far away from this model.

The plastic piece that locks the handle base into place breaks easily, causing the handle to be loose and to turn when trying to use the faucet. Poor design. I want a refund.

I've been using this faucet for about 2 years when all of a sudden the handle gets extremely hard to turn and now the handle just comes completely off the base. This product is poorly designed and made with a cheap plastic base. I've been on hold with customer support for about 15 minutes, and still have about 40 people ahead of me. It sounds like the quality of the products for this brand have really gone downhill.

Then the entire assembly can be easily removed. How to keep the base stationary? Had this Delta less than 3 years. Cheap plastic design.

I thought I'd give delta a second chance, but the same thing happened to our 2nd delta faucet. The handles start to turn hard causing the platic base to wear off too. This resulted in causing the handles to turn at the base. Tried cleaning the handles with vinegar and baking soda, but they still turn hard and it wont latch into the plastic base.

Then they both started to turn at the base tried lubing the handle but still turns hard and can't find any parts for it looks like a very poor design and the reason I bought it was because of the Delta brand if it only last 2 years and I can't get parts for it then I would not call it good quality.

There is a plastic base piece that locks the handle base and it breaks easily, causing the handle to turn completely when trying to use the faucet. Both of these units suffered from the same issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FIX for LEAKY handles This is a great faucet! Like many others, I had a leaky handle upon install too. Annoying, yes, but fixable! AND It’s a SIMPLE fix. (See page 5 of instruction manual for in depth instruction and diagram) Remove the handle by turning counterclockwise and tighten the loose bonnet nut with a wrench! Just to be safe, we tightened all handles on all the fixtures we bought.

The display model plunger is different than the actual product The bathroom vanity sells for over $1500.00. Give me a credit on the faucets or just buy them back. 300.00 faucets and fix it with a zip tie. No thanks By the way The faucets were installed by a professional who just shook his head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet with complications I bought two of Delta Portwood 8" faucets. They look great and work great. I highly recommend this faucet. The complicating factor was that when we tried to install them, the stopper in the sink that came with my 2 Delta Portwood faucets were different. One matched the brushed nickel look of the Portwood faucet. The other was considerably different - very dark. I took the dark version back to the store and just thought it was a mistake from the factory line. I ended up having to go through 3 more boxes to find one that matched the correct finish. I would encourage anyone purchasing to examine the stopper coloring.

I have the brushed nickel faucet and shower accessories. You stated in the question/answer above to get "Stainless Steel" finish. Some web sites offer the Dryden accessories in a polished nickel - is this very different from brushed nickel?
