Poorly designed
Leaking from the spout bottom into the vanity. Poorly designed hot/cold mixing connection consists of 1/8 plastic tubing with quick connect fittings. The tube is leaking inside the spout and might be a relative easy fix but of course this part is not listed as replaceable.

Poor quality and performance.
Handles deteriorated on inside. Completely inoperable within 5 years of installation. Very disappointing. i bought a Delta to avoid premature failure and replacement.

Had to return it before it was fully installed. One of the nuts was misaligned and would not screw on to the faucet handle and the other handle came apart during installation. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.

Handles are getting harder and harder to turn
Great looking faucet.
We loved this faucet, until about 6 months ago. The cold water started to get harder and harder to turn. It is almost impossible to turn now and the hot side is starting to get harder now too. It has only been installed between two and three years. I assume it is the stem and valve assembly. I have not found a supplier for parts.

My review is more about the under sink appearance. We have a pedestal sink and the many black hoses and gadgets under the sink is not pleasant to look at. I actually thought the plumber had gotten random pieces out of his truck to install this. Will need to get something else.

Same handle issue that others reported
I bought this faucet in 2021 and the hot water handle became defective about 2 years later. In reading reviews I now see many customers had the same exact issue - the base turns with the handle. It cannot be fixed. I had to replace it after just three (3!) years and made sure not to buy a Delta replacement. I chose to take time to write this review to save others similar frustration. Stay away from this faucet.

At install hot water handle will not shut off

I bought this faucet 35770LF Stainless Steel at home depot a and I need to replace the the left and right handle and plastic base as it is on both my sinks (2) would need foer handles four plastic brakets? Do you sell the parts seperately?
I successfully installed my Portwood sink faucet but noticed that the handle on the cold water valve turns backwards, past the point where you would turn the handle to turn the water off. The hot water handle stops when the water is turned off. Help!

I am unable to use this Fossett because the hot side leaks I have taken it apart and reset the O-rings. It still leaks

1. What is the black tube that hangs down from each of the faucet handles and the faucet of my new Delta Portwood widespread faucet? 2. Do the handles hold a cartridge? And if so how to get at if it needs to be replaced in the future?

Thanks for your question regarding 35770LF! The black tubes are the threaded end-valves that hold the shanks. Yes, the shanks hold the cartridges. To replace the cartridge, remove the handle, bonnet, and old stem unit. Next, you would flush your unit. Lastly, you would replace the old stem with the new stem, and put the bonnet and handle back on.

I just installed a 35770LF bathroom faucet. When I turned the shut off valves on the faucet handles do not shut off the water. I have turned the knobs but they won’t shutoff the flow in the sink
