All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. Thank you for your question, BillyT! The Portwood Widespread lavatory faucet has a Cashe or "hidden" aerator, Delta part number RP84385-1.2, that has a thread size of 13/16". Unfortunately we do not manufacture another aerator to fit this specific model however an alternative may be found from a plumbing supply store or directly from the manufacturer of this part. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I am sorry to hear that your Portwood™ Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 35770LF cold handle is squeaking, which can be very frustrating. I am so glad that you contacted us, so we can get this taken care of for you! The squeaking would be caused by the movement of the stem, we would recommend removing the parts and soaking them in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Next, flushing the faucet would also help remove and debris that could have caused the stem to squeak. Please see the directions to flushing and the parts diagram for a breakdown below. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 5 of the maintenance and installation sheet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/102257%20Rev%20F.pdf A. Rotate the handle base by about 45 degrees and pull up on the handle to remove. B. Remove screw and connector. C. Loosen nut and washer from below sink until nut and stop can be removed. Removing the nut and stop will disengage the valve shank from the sink. D. Remove the cartridge by turning it counterclockwise with a 17 mm or 11/16" hex socket wrench Next, place the towel behind the back of the handle, then put the bucket over the top of the towel covering the opening in the valve. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well.
