Only a few years old, these are just super unreliable. I'm extremely disappointed and will be avoiding delta in the future if they don't make it right.

The tube is leaking inside the spout and might be a relative easy fix but of course this part is not listed as replaceable.

I bought a 35770LF faucet at Home Depot in November 2022. The handles have never worked right; they are stiff to turn and keep coming off the base. I need to replace both and believe this should be covered under Delta's lifetime warranty

We recommend you try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside. One of the plastic tabs that help hold the handle in place on the sink broke (essentially a plastic washer where the metal handle tabs lock in when clockwise. Is there a replacement part for the plastic washer only?

I successfully installed my Portwood sink faucet but noticed that the handle on the cold water valve turns backwards, past the point where you would turn the handle to turn the water off. The hot water handle stops when the water is turned off. Help!

Hi 2winters, Thanks for your question regarding 35770LF! The black tubes are the threaded end-valves that hold the shanks. Yes, the shanks hold the cartridges. To replace the cartridge, remove the handle, bonnet, and old stem unit. Next, you would flush your unit. My current faucet has 3 holes that are 6" apart on center (the total spread from the cold water to cold water handles is 12" on center). Will the Portwood faucet these openings?

In attempting to remove the aerator which would not release. I used a ice pick to get it out but ended up destroying the fill tube in the spout. can i obtain a replacement fill tube to go inside the faucet spout of my Portwood model 35770LF-SP ?

The interior tube is not replaceable. The entire faucet will need to be replaced and is now outside of our warranty. How do I replace the cartridge (Stem) in each Flynn faucet. Throught the top (Some how remove the handle.) or disconnect the water supply/spout connection, remove the facet handle from the sink basin and access it that way?

Hello Phil! Thank you for your question! I will be happy to help. Before beginning please be sure to close the shut off valves off under the sink. In order to remove these handles you simply need to twist the bottom portion of the handle off the handle base counterclockwise. This will allow you to then remove the bonnet nut securing the stem unit in the valve. After this simply remove the old stem unit, install the new one, replace the bonnet nut and handle.
