The plastic is way too weak to last
Plastic base broke on the cold water handle and the hot water one has begun allowing hot water to slowly drip from faucet. Only a few years old, these are just super unreliable. I'm extremely disappointed and will be avoiding delta in the future if they don't make it right.

So far so good, easy to install. The faucet I replaced was a Delta, about 15 years old and the hoses were metal covered with threaded fittings. Now they're all plastic with quick connect fittings.

Poorly designed
Leaking from the spout bottom into the vanity. Poorly designed hot/cold mixing connection consists of 1/8 plastic tubing with quick connect fittings. The tube is leaking inside the spout and might be a relative easy fix but of course this part is not listed as replaceable.

Had to return it before it was fully installed. One of the nuts was misaligned and would not screw on to the faucet handle and the other handle came apart during installation. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.

Installed this faucet and have no water coming out of the faucet. I have flow and pressure at the connectors after the shutoff valves. Removed the aerator for flow but still no water. Any tips or advice to troubleshoot?

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

To first troubleshoot this issue, you may need to push the fitting up over the nipple a little harder (you should hear a distinct "snap" or "click"). If you push it on gently, you might hear a slight click, but you haven't quite compressed the o-ring into the housing of the hose. One more push should solve the problem.

Looking at a few faucets. On the videos it shows that the maximum deck thickness is 1.19 inches. What does that mean?

For a deck that will receive heavy use or support furniture, 1.19 inches. thickness is recommended. Pressure-treated woods for decking tend to run slightly thicker due to the preservative treatments, so you may need to look for boards thicker than 1.19 inches.

I have the wide spread version of model (35770LF-SP) and the cold water handle has come off the base. How do I re-attach it? There is no set screw to hold it on. It looks like some combination of push down and turn should work but I need instructions.

The handles are installed by turning the handle base clockwise. Use care when reinstalling the handle to line up the off position of the lever, and not cross thread the base.

Our Portwood faucets have about 45 degrees of deadspace travel before the water comes on. In other words, for the first 45 degrees of handle rotation, no water comes out. Can this be adjusted?

Model 35770LF-SP has a 1 3/16" (30 mm) Max. Deck thickness, however you can add RP10612 which will extend the deck mounting another 1".

I recommend removing the handles by turning the handle base counterclockwise. Check for damage to the handle base. Clean any buildup with a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water. Buildup inside the handle may indicate a small leak when the water is running.
If the issue is with turning the stem in the valve, the o-ring on the stem may be damaged. I recommend the RP100687 repair kit.
