I need to know what valve to buy to use this all ready purchased delta widespread caffery trim I am replacing A112.18.1 American standard on a Garden tub deck

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 35827LF-BL. This is a bathroom sink faucet. It does not need a valve rough for installation.

Is my faucet faulty. We just installed and if we leave the screen in it leaks badly. If we remove the screen it sprays everywhere. This is what we purchased.

Can this pop-up drain be installed in a bathroom sink without an overflow?
How do I stop the faucet from dripping? At first it was dropping about every 16 seconds, it's now dropping every 3 seconds.

Where can I find a new aerator for this? No luck at Lowes and I can't find any other site that CLEARLY has the part. A lot say it's it, but some of the data doesn't match. I think this faucet is a Menards exclusive and they don't sell it. Thank you.
