My RP101519 gasket does not snap or push flush into the handle. I have the Caffery 35827LF-SP model. The stem unit came already attached to the handle.

Newly installed. Water flow is super slow. Thoughts on how to increase the flow?

The Caffery™ Widespread Lavatory Faucet Model#: 35827LF has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 GPM @ 60 psi. If you are getting less than that we recommend flushing the system. First turn the water supply off. Remove the aerator (Some models require wrench or coin to remove the aerator). Turn on faucet handles to the full on, mixed position. Turn on the hot and cold water supplies and flush water lines for one minute. This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts.
