Does Dallace have a proposition 65 warning on its faucets? I am debating between this style and knoxville by Delta.

Is it ok if the copper supply lines from the faucet handles are bent during installation? The faucet is installed, but when I turn the handles "on", I hear air and only a little water comes out at first, then stops. Did I break the water flow by bending?

The copper supply tubes should not be twisted, and we don't recommend bending them. But if bent carefully without crimping the pipe closed, it may not be an issue. To first troubleshoot this issue, I recommend flushing the supply hoses into a bucket under the sink to confirm there is a good supply of water to the faucet.

I cannot find a key for removing/cleaning the aerator on my Dallace faucet. This is brand new to me, how else can I get the aerator out of the faucet?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 35828LF-SS.
The aerator unscrews counterclockwise when looking up at the spout. A replacement aerator and wrench are part number RP101058.
Soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing the finish, can help remove buildup to clean or loosen the aerator. Wrapping a paper towel around the spout or using a plastic bag and a rubber band are soaking methods.

I am interested in Dallace which shows is sold at Menards. Delta sight shows it comes in Matte Black but I do not see that Menards carries or can be ordered in Matte Black. Where can I purchase this product in Matte Black. 35828LF-BL
