I recently had 2 Arvo widespread faucets installed. The handles on one of them spin all the way around. The installer said it was fixed but they still spin and now the cover on one side is loose. Will replacing the cartridges fix the problem?

I just installed this faucet and the left handle does not stop in the off position and keeps going back all the way to the wall. How can I fix this?

I recommend unscrewing the handle base and checking that the stops on the valve stems point toward the center of the faucet. When reinstalling the handle, align the groove of the handle with the lug of the gasket. Please reach out for further assistance or see the installation instructions for more information:
