What cleaner can be used on the champagne bronze faucet and handles. I have dark marks ( finger prints?) that do not come off with a soft cloth

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. why does pictures not show the sink popup knob(handle) at the faucet?  does it go behind the faucet like others

We are happy to help! This faucet does not have a lift rod behind the spout, or a hole to install a lift rod, to operate a drain pop-up. This faucet model includes a spring-loaded push pop-up drain assembly in a matching finish, part number 33W576CZ. This makes it a good option for a non-standard sink, or it can still be used with a standard sink. I just installed the Arvo 2 handle widespread bathroom faucet in champagne bronze and don't like how high the popup drain cover sits. You can see in the drain and the black flange. It is screwed in as far as possible. Is it adjustable?

Can the hard plastic gray washers that are at the base of the valve handles and faucet and are visible after installation be removed? They look out of place with the Champagne Bronze finish.

I recently Arvo faucet installed. The handles on one of them spin all the way around. The installer said it was fixed but they still spin and now the cover on one side is loose. Will replacing the cartridges fix the problem?

Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. Purchased 2 sets of 35840LF-SP. The problem I have is one of the drains does not hold water, it allows the sink to drain. I swapped Push Pop Up between the sinks and problem did not move. Thoughts?
