Both aerators are locked in the spout from minerals. The plastic removal tool that came with it is unable to get them out. How do I get them out? I also need two new aerators to replace the existing ones. Can you send me replacements? Thank you.

We need to replace Moen Monticello Mini-widespread T4560. It is a 3 hole where hot and cold handles are 4 inches apart. Can we replace them with Delta Arvo Chrome 2-Handle Widespread Model 35840LF in the execting holes?

The Arvo 35840LF-SP is recommended to be installed in a 3-hole 6-16 in. installation with a 1 1/8 - 1 1/2" hole size for the handles and spout. We would recommend purchasing the Arvo 25840LF-SP in place of it as it is recommended for a 4" centerset installation type. Does this faucet (ARVO, Model 3584OLF-SP) have a way to close and open the drain plug in the sink? Do not see one in the pictures. Also does in require 21/2 inches between the back splash and the faucet itself?

Can I get Aerators for this model? I need 2.

Plumber installed my Arvo faucet and the handle "off position" is at 9 (for hot) and 3 o'clock (cold) where it should be, but water flow can be initiated by turning hot and cold handles either clockwise or counter-clockwise. The can't be correct, can it?

If the end valves are not high enough in the counter the handle insert and the stop will not connect and cause the handles to rotate incorrectly. The popup drain that comes with the Arvo sticks up a bit too high in my sink and consequently all the water cannot drain out. Is there a remedy for this?

My handles are installing incorrectly. In the off position they are sticking forward (pointing into the sink bowl) instead of in a line like pictured. What am I doing wrong??

This is purchased just under a year ago and installed in April . I can tell that the spout itself is water damaged and water is behind the metal and now the filter is completely stuck on the inside and cannot come out. I need the spout replaced .
