[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the look of the faucet...Beautiful!! The spray feature was a big plus. Unfortunately, the weight to operate the cord of sprayer was too big/bulky to fit with other pipes under sink in our particular setup. Disappointing, so product was returned.

We are very pleased with this faucet. It is the perfect shade. A blend of gold and bronze it is an excellent balance resulting in a very elegant and elevated look. The faucet is easy to clean and doesn’t have water stains. It functions smoothly and the water flow is perfection. Our plumber installed it in about 30 minutes. The fit was a little tighter but that was due to our selection of vanity. It’s still quite perfect and we are purchasing a second one for our next bathroom renovation in January.

Model #35840LF-CZPD The pop up drain does not work a week after install. It doesn't pop up. How do we get this replaced?

Is this Arvo set available in a trim set only? If so, would it be compatible with our 25 year old Delta widespread faucets? We cannot access the valve body to replace it and only want to update the outer trim. The valve body itself is still fine.

I lack a part - flexible hose. Where can I order it

The hose assembly that connects the handles under the sink is RP103819.
The pull-down sprayer with hose is available in brushed nickel RP100523SP and matte black RP100523BL.
Unfortunately, these parts are not currently sold on our website. You can purchase Delta Faucet products from many local dealers and websites. If a dealer does not carry a specific item in stock, they should still be able to place an order for you. I recommend our store locator.

On the Arvo faucet in brushed nickel, the instructions only say "to clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel." What cleaners are gentle enough for the SpotShield Technology when a damp cloth isn't enough?
