Rated 3 out of 5 by from Model 35840LF I had 3 of these installed by a professional plumber within the past year. Two of them have the rubber gasket at the drain turn into a ruffle. They are used more than the 3rd faucet so I fear it will do the same over time. I have the paperwork and cannot figure out what the part number is to request a replacement.

My contractor installed my Arvo widespread faucet without the gray rubber gasket at the bottom of the faucet spout (where it contacts the countertop). Is this a required part for correct installation and if so, how can I get a replacement?

Silicone can also be used to prevent water from running under the spout if the sink is uneven. We need to replace Moen Monticello Mini-widespread T4560. It is a 3 hole where hot and cold handles are 4 inches apart. Can we replace them with Delta Arvo Chrome 2-Handle Widespread Model 35840LF in the execting holes?

We would recommend purchasing the Arvo 25840LF-SP in place of it as it is recommended for a 4" centerset installation type. Does this faucet (ARVO, Model 3584OLF-SP) have a way to close and open the drain plug in the sink? Do not see one in the pictures. Also does in require 21/2 inches between the back splash and the faucet itself?

My handles are installing incorrectly. In the off position they are sticking forward (pointing into the sink bowl) instead of in a line like pictured. What am I doing wrong??

This is purchased just under a year ago and installed in April . I can tell that the spout itself is water damaged and water is behind the metal and now the filter is completely stuck on the inside and cannot come out. I need the spout replaced .

The description on this faucet states it requires minimum 2-1/2 in. Clearance to backsplash.  The faucets I want to replace were installed with <.5” clearance. Why is the 2-1/2” needed and can this faucet be installed on a sink with so little clearance?

We have 3 of these faucets in a new house less than a year old. Three of the handles won't stop at the "turn off" point and can be spun completely around. It looks like a little piece of metal on the handle portion broke off. What can I do?

What cleaner can be used on the champagne bronze faucet and handles. I have dark marks ( finger prints?) that do not come off with a soft cloth

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
