Rated 3 out of 5 by from Model 35840LF I had 3 of these installed by a professional plumber within the past year. Two of them have the rubber gasket at the drain turn into a ruffle. They are used more than the 3rd faucet so I fear it will do the same over time. I have the paperwork and cannot figure out what the part number is to request a replacement.

We have 3 of these faucets in a new house less than a year old. Three of the handles won't stop at the "turn off" point and can be spun completely around. It looks like a little piece of metal on the handle portion broke off. What can I do?

Regarding the Arvo Widespread bathroom faucet. I am about to install this faucet in my summer home that gets winterized in the fall. It looks like water will collect in the mixing tubing and just curious if this will freeze in the winter.

Hi Petiboy, Thanks for your question regarding 35840LF! Yes, any water remaining in the faucet or supply tubes is subject to freezing, which may cause damage. The best practice for winterizing a faucet is to remove valving (stem units and seats & springs in this specific case) and disconnect the tubing and hoses. How do you remove the stopper to check for clogs?

Delta 35840LF faucet install failure. After removing the aerator and flushing the ones, adding the aerator back causes water to leak behind the plastic waterline into the metal faucet and all over the cabinet beneath.

The Delta Faucet Arvo™ Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 35840LF quick connect hose assembly can be removed by pushing in the small tabs on the inlet itself, and the larger tab on the end of the assembly. Once all tabs are pushed in you need to push up slightly and pull down on the quick connect. From there it should be released. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Both aerators are locked in the spout from minerals. The plastic removal tool that came with it is unable to get them out. How do I get them out? I also need two new aerators to replace the existing ones. Can you send me replacements? Thank you.

Plumber installed my Arvo faucet and the handle "off position" is at 9 (for hot) and 3 o'clock (cold) where it should be, but water flow can be initiated by turning hot and cold handles either clockwise or counter-clockwise. The can't be correct, can it?

If the end valves are not high enough in the counter the handle insert and the stop will not connect and cause the handles to rotate incorrectly. Purchased 2 sets of 35840LF-SP. The problem I have is one of the drains does not hold water, it allows the sink to drain. I swapped Push Pop Up between the sinks and problem did not move. Thoughts?
