They are used more than the 3rd faucet so I fear it will do the same over time. I have the paperwork and cannot figure out what the part number is to request a replacement.

I’m needing a new plastic washer/ collar for between valve and basin, original broken. 35840LF-CF (Arvo widespread BF 2L) I have a picture, don’t see how to include?

The description on this faucet states it requires minimum 2-1/2 in. Clearance to backsplash.  The faucets I want to replace were installed with <.5” clearance. Why is the 2-1/2” needed and can this faucet be installed on a sink with so little clearance?

What cleaner can be used on the champagne bronze faucet and handles. I have dark marks ( finger prints?) that do not come off with a soft cloth

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I just installed this faucet and the left handle does not stop in the off position and keeps going back all the way to the wall. How can I fix this?

Can this faucet be used on a roman tub

We are happy to help! This faucet does not have a lift rod behind the spout, or a hole to install a lift rod, to operate a drain pop-up. This faucet model includes a spring-loaded push pop-up drain assembly in a matching finish, part number 33W576CZ. This makes it a good option for a non-standard sink, or it can still be used with a standard sink. I just installed the Arvo 2 handle widespread bathroom faucet in champagne bronze and don't like how high the popup drain cover sits. You can see in the drain and the black flange. It is screwed in as far as possible. Is it adjustable?

My contractor installed my Arvo widespread faucet without the gray rubber gasket at the bottom of the faucet spout (where it contacts the countertop). Is this a required part for correct installation and if so, how can I get a replacement?

Silicone can also be used to prevent water from running under the spout if the sink is uneven.
