Can the hard plastic gray washers that are at the base of the valve handles and faucet and are visible after installation be removed? They look out of place with the Champagne Bronze finish.

Does this faucet (ARVO, Model 3584OLF-SP) have a way to close and open the drain plug in the sink? Do not see one in the pictures. Also does in require 21/2 inches between the back splash and the faucet itself?

I recently Arvo faucet installed. The handles on one of them spin all the way around. The installer said it was fixed but they still spin and now the cover on one side is loose. Will replacing the cartridges fix the problem?

My handles are installing incorrectly. In the off position they are sticking forward (pointing into the sink bowl) instead of in a line like pictured. What am I doing wrong??

This is purchased just under a year ago and installed in April . I can tell that the spout itself is water damaged and water is behind the metal and now the filter is completely stuck on the inside and cannot come out. I need the spout replaced .
