Doesn’t work
Had my plumber install this faucet in a new build, the cold water has almost no pressure. Plumber said the piping is all good, it is the faucet itself. I contacted Delta and they sent me a replacement part with no instructions. Now I’m stuck scouring the Internet to try to find how to replace a valve and bonnet nut assembly. I used to think that Delta had quality products and good quality control, this makes me second-guess all of that.

Don't buy Delta
Delta advertises a limited lifetime warranty on their faucet's parts and finish, but this is misleading. If a faucet's finish peels off after use, they will tell you that this issue is not due to manufacturing defects and not cover by their warranty

Nice looking
I was surprised that this was easier than I thought to install. There are three separate pieces and they fit perfectly for my bathroom sink. It took me about 45 minutes from start to finish to install. It seems nice and sturdy a good heavy metal that's going to last. It also came with matching stopper, but no supply lines, which was okay by me because I already had extra. Super happy with this faucet

instant upgrade!
First of all, this is gorgeous, has a nice weight to it and looks super durable. Installation was a breeze and I am by no means a professional, and found it super easy to do.
The color is gorgeous and much more forgiving, especially for kids who are a real mess. Seriously, this is the easiest upgrade I have done to my house and one of the most satisfying! Faucets are used all the time and this is perfect!

We love it!
We are completely renovating a house and decided to give this bathroom faucet a try and boy was it worth it! Not only does the faucet look nice and contemporary in our bathroom, but according to my boyfriend it was easy to install! He said he liked that the stems are interchangeable so you can't really mess it up. Which of course is a plus! They claim to use 20 percent less water, I can't verify this but I am definitely pleased with it. It's practical, looks good, easy install, and easy to clean.

Looks great and easy to install
Great replacement for the old, basic faucet in our home when we moved in. Nice finish that looks elegant. Minimum shine and resists water marks pretty well. Installation was easy, but most faucets are that way these days. All in all a great unit. Very pleased.

Nice modern faucet
I had never changed my own faucet before but I must say that with a little bit of knowledge and some YouTube, this one is super easy. The most difficult part of the process was taking out the old one. The box comes packed very well. It comes with two handles, the spout, washers, brackets, the drain, a pop-up drain plug, a quick connector for the cold and hot water and two tubes to go to the spout from the hot and cold handles. I did need to buy two new tubes to go from the wall to the hot and cold water handles, silicone grease, and silicone sealant. I also chose to replace the old p-trap as it leaked when I installed the new drain. I definitely like this faucet better than my old one and would certainly recommend it.

The install for this unit was super easy. Anyone can do it with the easy instructions provided. Probably took all of 30minutes. Once in, it def changed the feel of the bathoom. The look is very modern/contemporary. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for an upgrade to their oldtL sx

Nice faucet!
This faucet is a solid, heavy and comfortable to use. I haven't had too many problems with keeping this clean as it is in a low traffic bathroom. I just wish it had a pull drain instead of a push pop drain. I personally think the pull drain is more sanitary. The faucet was easy to install and gives my bathroom a simple/sleek look. We haven’t had any issues and hope this will hold up for years to come.

I just purchased this 35864LF faucet and the cold side is operating in the wrong direction. When off, the tip of the handle faces me, and when on, the tip faces the right. It needs to be reversed but I cannot figure out how to do it. Please help.

I apologize for the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help you.
The stem unit orientation under the handle is what determines which direction they point. The stops must point to the center of the faucet for proper handle rotation. Before adjusting them please ensure the shut-off valves under the sink are closed.
