The finish has come off the drain stopper. Unfortunately this makes the entire sink look less than quality. I would like to replace the drain stopper if it is available. Can someone help me with this. I have the paper work from the contractor. Thank you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY Purchased December of 2023. Hot water side leaked immediately after installation. Called customer support and a new cartridge assembly was sent. Hot water side still leaks. Spoke with customer service again today and their solution is to send me the same part again which is NOT going to fix the issue. Was informed on the call that if that cartridge assembly does not fix the issue, the only solution would be for ME TO BUY A NEW FAUCET AT MY COST?! To say I'm not happy with the product and support I've received is a massive understatement. The reason I buy delta products is for the warranty and customer service. Can't say that will be what I do in the future. This is the part I need. Hopefully someone will read this and make it happen.

I had my husband install it, it took a little while but was easy to to. It came with all the directions to precisely install it and all the parts. The Delta Faucet is very easy to clean and maintain. We are in final stages of a 1 year whole house remodel - and this is not what we needed. Hopefully I can get replacement parts quickly, we are trying to move in by the end of the month...:(

The faucet handle (cold) rotates the wrong way. Is there any easy way to correct the rotation without replacing the handle. It's a Becker faucet 35891LF-SP.

The stop on the stem should point toward the spout, and the flat side of the stem should point away from it. will this faucet fit a 4 inch offset vanity with 3 holes

What do I do when the faucet handle does not line up with the base correctly?

The handle position can be changed by loosening the mounting hardware, adjusting the handle position, and retightening the mounting of the end valves when the handles are relocated. I have the Delta Becker installed in all the bathrooms in my house. I have low flow from a couple of the faucets and wanted to remove and clean the aerator. Where can I find the wrench tool to remove the aerator?
