Faulty push plug
Bought this because I loved everything about it. Installation was easy and looks nice. However, after using it for about three months, the water was draining slow. I took the “P” trap apart under the sink thinking it was plugged, it wasn’t. I dumped nearly two gallons of water down the drain pipe and no trouble draining. Come to find out it’s the push plug in the faucet kit that’s making it drain slow. I’ve yet to take that all apart to look at the problem, but it’s not the drain plumbing under the sink or under the bathroom crawl space.

No pressure
Very little water pressure. I installed 2 of these and get very little pressure from either. When I remove the aerator I have great pressure and flow. Putting the aerator back on and very little water comes out with very little pressure. I have great pressure throughout the house.

What size bolt in the handles
Hello!
The handles for this model do not utilize set screws but instead can be removed by pressing down firmly on the handle and turning counterclockwise until fully unthreaded from the base.

I have a 17 year old Delta 2710 Antique brass roman tub, what series could i use to update but keep the same 2710 rough in
Hi Big Heavy, Thank you for your question. The current roman tub trims will fit on the rough used by the model 2710. The model 2710 installation called for an additional hole to be drilled under the spout for the anti swivel pin. None of the current spouts have a foot print large enough to cover this hole, the hole may need to be repaired.

Can this trim kit be used to replace Delta "Victorian" trim? Rough in is not readily accessible. Any adjustments needed?

Thank you for your question. If your current roman tub faucet has a set screw in the back of your original spout assembly, you can use the BT2796-OB with your current rough valve in your deck.

Will this faucet fit on the rough valve for a Delta 2710PB.
I presently have a 2710PB tub faucet. Will the BT2796-OB install properly using the rough valve installed for the 2710PB?
I also need a diverter valve for the hand shower. Do you have a matching trim for the diverter valve?
It is not that the BT2796_OB won'y fit, as it Will But there will be a hole to the side of the spout, which possibly can be repaired with a garden tub repair kit for tile etc. This is what Delta CSR recently told me and I plan on trying it.

We just moved into a home built in 1991 and it has a roman tub with a 10"center knobs and a 11+ inch spout in chrome.
It leaks constantly and I am not sure who the manufacturer is. I think it is a Delta, but not sure. I would like to replace it with a newer unit, but don't know which ones would fit. I would like the replacement to be in oil rubbedl bronze. Can you advise please.
Thank you for your question. Without knowing whether or not you have a Delta Faucet rough-in valve in your roman tub, we cannot recommend any Delta Faucet trim. If you could send a picture of the top of your rough-in valve to our Home Owner line at customerservice@deltafaucet.com, they will be able to identify it being a Delta or not.

I would like to make sure that this Windemere Roman Tub Trim is a proper replacement for the 12 year old delta faucet I currently have, thanks.

Thank you for your question. If your current tub spout has a set screw on the back side of the spout, then any of our trim kits that start with a T27 will interchange for you.
If your current tub spout does not have a set screw on the back side of the spout, then you would need to install a R2707 rough in valve below your tub decking to be able to use the new trim kits.
