Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty push plug Bought this because I loved everything about it. Installation was easy and looks nice. However, after using it for about three months, the water was draining slow. I took the “P” trap apart under the sink thinking it was plugged, it wasn’t. I dumped nearly two gallons of water down the drain pipe and no trouble draining. Come to find out it’s the push plug in the faucet kit that’s making it drain slow. I’ve yet to take that all apart to look at the problem, but it’s not the drain plumbing under the sink or under the bathroom crawl space.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No pressure Very little water pressure. I installed 2 of these and get very little pressure from either. When I remove the aerator I have great pressure and flow. Putting the aerator back on and very little water comes out with very little pressure. I have great pressure throughout the house.

I believe we have the Windermere faucet.  It is leaking at the handle (hot) and I want to replace the seat, spring and o-ring.  I'm not sure what the model number is for replacement parts.

Asked by: Charley
Hi Charley, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about, 25896LF! Our standard RP4993 seats and springs would rectify a leak when off. The Delta Widespread faucet seems to fit ok in the granite, the problem is with the connections under the sink. A plumber was not able to connect the provided supply lines with the particular Delta extensions he had. They were actually tub extensions.

Asked by: Bill
Hi Bill, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! This model requires 1/2" inch IPS connections. You can use a ball nose riser (3/8" OD copper tubing) or 1/2" IPS faucet connector. Please use coupling nuts with the ball nose risers and use two wrenches when you tighten. Do not overtighten the hoses or it can warp the valve. For more information, please refer to page 3 of the Maintenance and Installation sheet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/107687%20Rev%20E.pdf We appreciate your inquiry.
