Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty push plug Bought this because I loved everything about it. Installation was easy and looks nice. However, after using it for about three months, the water was draining slow. I took the “P” trap apart under the sink thinking it was plugged, it wasn’t. I dumped nearly two gallons of water down the drain pipe and no trouble draining. Come to find out it’s the push plug in the faucet kit that’s making it drain slow. I’ve yet to take that all apart to look at the problem, but it’s not the drain plumbing under the sink or under the bathroom crawl space.

Putting the aerator back on and very little water comes out with very little pressure. I have great pressure throughout the house.

What size aerator insert does this item use?  The flow is too great and am looking to use a 0.5gpm if available.  Does Delta make one that fits this?  If not would this be considered a junior size aerator?  Thank you.

2 of my 4 B2596LF-SS faucets have developed deep round and elongated blemishes on the spout (so deep I can see red underneath the stainless finish). They were installed 9/2014. Are they covered by warranty? What should I do? I have pics.

What cartridge number is compatible for model 25896LF? Thanks!

A kit that includes a pair of stems or cartridges is either RP101069 or RP101504, depending on the number on the back of the faucet. RP101069 for "500926". RP101504 for "413763" or "501052". I have this faucet and always buy Delta faucets but sad to report the finish is coming off of the base and the drain pop up. No matter how careful we have been with not cleaning it with harsh chemicals it has rubbed off. Is there a warranty on this?

I have a MODEL#: BT2796-OB. the handles point to the inside not the outside. The handles will continue to turn with no stopping. What did I do wrong.

Our Delta Faucet Windemere® Roman Tub Trim In Oil Rubbed Bronze MODEL#: BT2796-OB handles need to come in contact with the 1/2 stop on the stems. If the handles are spinning 360 degrees, the valve needs to be adjusted. The end valves on both hot and cold would need to be raised in the deck and the handles would connect with the stems. How coy you get the aerator out to clean it. Is there a special tool?

Hi Carol, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 25896LF. The finished end of the spout unscrews counterclockwise with the aerator inside. If it is difficult to remove, I recommend using a rag or paper towel soaked with 50/50 white vinegar and water to wrap around it for an hour and then rinse the finish, to help remove mineral deposits. How do you remove the handle on Windemere widespread bath tub to repair leak? I took off the cap and used Philip screwdriver to loosen the screw. The screw is loose but the handle is still firmly attached to underlying base. Need assistance.

How do I order a replacement spout? I remodeled my bathroom 2-3 yrs. ago using this faucet. It is now spraying water around the spout. I have changed out the rubber gaskets. It is no longer spraying water but is now leaking badly.
