Needed to be replaced within six months
Needed to be replaced within six months. The Windemere stainless steel faucets were installed as a part of a bathroom remodel. The bathroom is a guest bathroom that has been used very infrequently in the last six months. I was lucky enough to be putting away towels and realized that the towels were soaking wet. Water was just pouring out of the base of the faucet. It has caused some water damage to the new cupboards. My old Kohler faucets were 30 years old and never cause any problems. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this item.

Great Looking Faucet
We replaced the chrome faucet with an oil rubbed finish which makes all the difference in our bathroom. The unit looks great in the tub and performs even better than we thought it would. Delivers a great flow of water to the tub plus gives the bathroom a much more elegant look than the other faucet ever could. This unit matches the two Windemere faucets that we put on out double sink vanity. Very happy with the product.

Beautiful
We bought several DELTA bathroom products for our addition in the house and we also have several problems, this one is looking like the bottom of the hot water handle is peeling. And it is not even a year in use. We paid for the quality that we're not seeing.

bad vavles but good customer service
installed this in my bathroom at home. faucet lasted about 6 months before the handles became hard to turn off. i am very annoyed that they broke so fast but i will give delta credit. i called them and they sent me new cartridges in about 3 days with no charge. hopefully i wont be calling them every six months

This product was exactly what we were looking for.
We picked this faucet to replace a faucet that was at least 20 years old. I am not sure what the brand of our old faucet was, but after many years of experience with Delta faucets we knew we had to go with Delta. It matches the rest of our fixtures perfectly and doesn't squeak like our old faucet did.

Seemed great at first, but didn't stay that way.
I purchased three new Delta faucets over a year ago when we were updating our bathrooms, and one for my kitchen as well. The Windemere in oil rubbed bronze being one of them. The other two were Addison in venetian bronze and they are still looking great and working perfectly. The Windemere however is already looking like it needs replacement. The handles are not holding up and neither is the finish, especially down toward the bottom of each handle and now even the base of the faucet. I can highly recommend the Addison with the venetian bronze finish but not this Windemere in oil rubbed bronze.

Outstanding Quality
Good quality product with easy installation. My only "con" is volume of water and pressure coming out of faucet needs to be softened. A different aerator would make this product more enjoyable.

Excellent choice!
I liked these so much that I changed out all three of my bathroom faucets to these. I also bought the matching faucet for my kitchen sink and my Roman tub. Easy to install and a beautiful design. The warranty is outstanding also. A quality faucet that is gorgeous to boot. I made the right choice,

Typical great Delta Product
Just installed this in my bathroom on granite countertop and it looks fantastic, has good weight and feel when operated, and was a breeze to install. It took me 30 min to install and was among the easiest I have installed in my house as of late. Also all hardware is very good quality which is a nice change from the plastic hardware found on a lot of other faucets. I have installed every major brand faucet you can buy at the big box stores and Delta is by far my favorite.

Needs re-design of the handles
This faucet looks good on the picture and I was looking for high spout that will give some room between the sink and spout, and this faucet does it. The finish is good, and I have had the faucet for more than 6 months, so in terms of product quality, I think it is satisfactory. However, I see a design flaw in the handles. The bottom of the spout where it connects to the vanity is very large and looks beautiful, but the two handles look small (thus a little aquard) compared to the spout. Also, the handles are a little unstable during turning on and off.

Looks great in my Jacuzzi
We replaced all of our plumbing fixtures in the Master Bathroom. The Windemere Roman Tub Trim kit makes the tub look so much nicer.
Since we have completed our remodel, I know now that whatever my plumbing needs are in the future, I will ONLY look at Delta products.
The products are really nice and the Customer Service cannot be beat!

Nice look but difficult to clean
I like the brushed nickel finish and the flowing design. My big fingers have trouble cleaning between the valves and nozzle of the faucet.

What size bolt in the handles

The handles for this model do not utilize set screws but instead can be removed by pressing down firmly on the handle and turning counterclockwise until fully unthreaded from the base.

I have a 17 year old Delta 2710 Antique brass roman tub, what series could i use to update but keep the same 2710 rough in
Hi Big Heavy, Thank you for your question. The current roman tub trims will fit on the rough used by the model 2710. The model 2710 installation called for an additional hole to be drilled under the spout for the anti swivel pin. None of the current spouts have a foot print large enough to cover this hole, the hole may need to be repaired.

Can this trim kit be used to replace Delta "Victorian" trim? Rough in is not readily accessible. Any adjustments needed?

I have the Windemere two handled widespread bathroom faucet model number B3596LF-OB. The water barley comes out. Is this normal? Is something wrong with the faucet? This is the only faucet in my house that does this.

If you are not getting this flow rate, we recommend removing the aerator to check for mineral buildup as well as flushing the faucet of any further debris. Does the spout rotate left to right on the collar or should it be tight enough not to move?
I installed this faucet on a granite vanity countertop and the spout moves but the collar it rests on does not. Should it be tighter? I am afraid of cracking the top.
