Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handle will get stuck The right handle is stuck after two years and it's impossible to clean! I was about to order a replacement and now I see that this is a common problem with this model. I will definitely not reorder! I have two of these on a double sink, one works well and the other is useless. Now I have to replace them both to match. Throwing money down the drain. Delta needs to remove this model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product ought to be discontinued immediately Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Yes, the product does look great, but after some use, it proves to be ABSOLUTELY worthless. I thought I was the only one having issues, but after reading reviews and seeing other people having identical issues (faucet handles jamming) I am surprised Delta does not have a lawsuit on its hands. And the instructions to remove the handle for cleaning are just as worthless as the product itself. Once it jams, it jams. Unless you take two pipe wrenches to turn the base, it doesn’t come apart. By then the finish is shot. Btw, I have had many faucets over the years. None of them required the maintenance this thing does. DELTA: If you are reading this review, I don’t want an apology. I just want my money back. Just be glad I am not charging you for the loss of hot-water-use and the 4 hours of frustration your product put me through as I wrestled with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Poor design and quality given the hefty price tag for this Delta widespread faucet (35899LF-SP). In less than a year, the faucet began having problems. The faucet handles became hard to operate within a year of installation. I tried cleaning the faucet to remove any sediments or buildup but made no difference. This is the second time this faucet has failed. Don't waste your money and try another brand, as I will no longer be using Delta products. The rating requires you to provide at least one star; however, I would rate zero stars if possible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice Looking Not Great Quality Bought these as one they are Delta and that usually means quality. While they look nice, the cold water tap has basically seized up so I removed, cleaned and removed all mineral deposits, lubed it and while it’s better, it’s still stiff to turn. I know this is going to cause problems and the drain assembly is weak and terrible. So disappointed in Delta.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice looking, good function, ingenious design. Installation was a little difficult because my cutout wasn't completely round with enough clearance from the bowl. Not Delta's fault. Actually the installation method is pretty genius, if you hold onto the install tool. The design is pretty and there is no set screw, but because of othat there is no easy way to take apart the handle. The threads seem to be seized. I had to take it off and put in in a vice to get it taken apart and then ended up marring the finish despite using rags and painters tape to protect it. One handle: RP103690 is becoming stiff and will have to be replaced 2y after purchase. This will be the third time I have to take the system apart.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality issue I have delta 35899LF-SP but I am so disappointed with this faucet bcoz it start giving me problems in just a year or so 1. First the stem is getting hard turn. 2. I am very shocked when the spout pipe itself is busted , never ever had this issue with other faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective; return is made difficult I paid $15.99 shipping for 2 sets of recertified Pierce faucets to be delivered on time for my project. When arrived, one was broken and not usable. I had to buy one for my project in local store. After contacting the company to return the defective one, Delta sent me a replacement faucet. I called back immediately to say I never ordered or requested a replacement. I clearly stated to return the original as my project has completed and my return has been sent out. A supervisor said he has cancelled it; two days later, I received a shipping notice for this replacement coming my way. Now Delta asked me to return the replacement order when it's delivered. I am frustrated that they tried to push through a sale instead of honoring their return policy. This is the most difficult return I've ever experienced and still unsettled. Their return policy has ambiguous language for their interpretation. My advice: be careful to order from their website. Even if you buy new products, if any problem, you may end up in a difficult situation. You will not save enough to offset the time and energy spent working out any issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handles are unusable I have 5 of these sinks in my house and the handles all have different problems. All were installed by a professional plumber. Some are too tight, some are too loose and one is completely broken. Trying to take the handles apart to fix them is an exercise in futility. I finally got the broken one off and it is completely unusable.
