How are rhese mounted through tile on a hollow wall

Does the bar come with mounting hardware foe mounting on a tile wall when you will not hit a stud

My builder tells me I need 42" grab bars to be ADA compliant. Do you make 42"? I can only find the 24".

when mounted horizontally, how is it anchored to jousts that are generally 16' on center?

Grab Bars may be installed vertically, horizontally or at an angle, so long as at least two of the three mounting screws on each end of the Grab Bar are secured into a wood stud. Locate the wood studs behind the wall before beginning installation. When a home is framed, the wall studs are usually spaced 16 or 24 inches apart. Does Delta have a modern looking POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL grab bar with a TEXTURED or PEENED GRIP?

This grab bar costs $100 more than Traditional and Transitional Delta Grab Bars of the same finish and length. Is there a difference in build/strength/ADA other than styling? Can the other grab bars (41624 and 41724) work as well with Delta shower slide?

Grab bar models 40024-SS, 41624-SS, and 41724-SS are all are ADA compliant positioned 33 to 36 inches above the finished floor. Actual pricing may vary and is determined by the selling retailer/wholesaler/dealer. The U6300 ADA Grab Bar Hand Shower Mount fits 1 1/2" or 1 1/4" round grab bars. It will fit models 40024-SS and 41624-SS. Model 41724-SS has an oval-shaped bar. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Grab bar, Model#: 40024-PB- is this solid brass throughout? Does the polished brass finish tarnish? I have other old uncoated polished brass fixtures with a nice patina and I wonder if this grab bar will ever match them. Thank you.

Our Delta Faucet ADA Grab Bar In Polished Brass MODEL#: 40024-PB is made of brass construction, Traditional Polished Brass finishes were coated with a clear coating to inhibit tarnish. Over time, this clear coat can be broken or scratched with regular wear and tear, abuse or chemical attack, causing the finish to tarnish or the coating to peel. We have looks like and exact match to your ADA Grab Bar MODEL#: 40024-RB which was installed by a contractor maybe 6 - 8 years ago. However, ours is 24". It is on an angle at the bottom has come lose from the wall mounting. How to remove?

How do I remove the cover plates on the 40024-RB grab bar? I need to remove the bar and replace it with a longer one now.
