Frustrated installer from
Are you KIDDING me right now?
Engineers trying to come up with a way to install these and THAT'S the best you could come up with?? The set screw is about 2" long and you have to ring these brackets with them.. you know what, I'm on the job site now putting more of them up and I'm literally so frustrated with these things at this point I don't even feel like talking about that part anymore. Read the installation manual on these before you buy them. If another customer brings these wanting them installed they can either take these things back or find someone else to install, I WILL NOT be doing this again, this is nuts. I'll show you the pictures but I'm tired of talking about these things. And the bathroom accessories, while I'm talking about it. Do you have to put the set screw LITERALLY up against the wall?? Then send an ALLEN WRENCH to screw them on with? Please, don't bring me ANY more delta stuff. Every time it's like this, I'm done with it.

Can the bar be cut so that an 18” can be 16 1/2”?
