On grab bar model 41812, How does the cover plate fasten on to the flange? Is it by pressure only or does it screw on or have a hidden screw?

Is it possible to install this on a bath deck to assist getting out of the bathtub. If so, would it be necessary to purchase 2 - 1 for each side.

The Delta Faucet model 41812-CZ 12" Contemporary Decorative ADA Grab Bar In Champagne Bronze is recommended to be installed onto a wall or ceramic tile with a wall stud to ensure it remains mounted properly. We cannot guarantee a safe and sturdy installation if it is installed into the deck of a tub.
