Rated 5 out of 5 by from 36" in chrome looks classy The style is neutral enough to fit anywhere. The trim is clean and covers the screws well. The chrome finish is pretty with white tile shower. Doesn't look industrial or institutional.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Safetybar Delta usually makes excellent products and this one is lovely to look at and is useable, but has a flaw. The one end piece stays in place, but the other one will not stay attached. We had a professional install this bar. He suggested to us that we’ll need to glue the cap in place as the pieces do not connect tightly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very nice until... Our contractor installed this 3 months ago and it is great except the face plate keeps popping off. I mean it will not stay on for more than a minute. Very annoying. Delta needs to deal with the thermal expansion issue in its design.

Is there a 42" ADA Grab Bar in the Trinsic Collection? For a commercial bath I would like a 36" at the wall behind the Toilet, and a 42" to the adjacent wall

Can this grab bar be used as a shower slide bar with an attached hand-held shower head?

If so, what hand-held shower head will work with this bar?

Hi Lynne, Thank you for your question. The 41836 grab bar can be used as a slide bar. You will need the U6300 ADA grab bar handshower mount and any of our handshowers to make a complete slide bar/grab bar hand shower. Thanks, Dave

Is the stainless steel finish satin or shiny?
