1. Can the Delta 41942-BL grab bar be cut to a different length? 2. Is this series of grab bar available in 48" length?

The 41912-BL is not recommended to be cut to fit, and we do not manufacture 48" towel bars currently. I have included a link below to our 30" towel bar in Matte Black.

does this grab bar come in brushed nickel?

The Delta Faucet Angular Modern Decorative ADA Grab Bar In Black Stainless MODEL#: 41912-KS does not come in a Brushed Nickel finish. However, it does come in Stainless Steel. Our Stainless Steel finish is a matte brushed finish, which matches brushed nickel closely.

What is the dimension of the depth (projection) of the Angular Modern grab bars? Wall to outside edge of bar.
