What does recertification mean

Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet. Recertified means returns sent by dealers. The product has been examined to confirm the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed, and all parts are included. In nearly all instances, the box was never opened. The packaging may show signs of wear. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical information at 800-345-3358.
