Room for improvement but nothing serious!
My shower setup wasn’t 100% perfect or plum. This shower enclosure conformed to my particular scenario. One thing I would like to see on this shower enclosure is rounded hinge corners and straight installation. Preinstalled hinges were not straight and I was not ready to take them apart and make my job longer/harder…it worked as it was. Lastly, my wife said she found the bottom strip on the bathroom floor one morning. Haven’t seen it for myself yet so I know what to fix.
Lastly, I have an active leak but that’s due to the trash caulk I purchased. It is truly pure TRASH, it has nothing to do with the enclosure itself.
Overall, it’s a very solid and beautiful enclosure I would buy again. Just make sure you use the template and check your markings more than 3 times.

Very Disappointed - Shower leaks bc of poor design
We purchased and installed the Delta shower base, wall set and glass shower enclosure for the 38-in Neo Angle Shower Kit. We paid a hefty price for all three shower components, and at the time felt we were getting a quality product from Delta - at least a product that had been tested before selling to the public. We painstakingly followed Delta's installation instructions; we applied a mortar base for leveling the shower base, added additional wall studs so the plastic shower encloser would have additional support, we even used the recommended advanced polymer sealants - about 5 or 6 tubes in total. We were very proud of the installation and all of our efforts were about to pay off, at least so we thought. However, after we took the first shower we noticed water collecting outside of the shower in front of the door. To our chagrin, we realized the clear plastic gasket Delta provided for the base of the door is not adequate for keeping water inside this small shower enclosure. The gap at the bottom of glass door and the metal support bracket is about 1/2-in, and the gasket they provided is maybe only suitable for covering a 1/4-in gap. Also, the 45 degree water diverting lip on the gasket is only about 1/2-in long and really needs to be 1-in long to work correctly. Finally, the bottom door gasket has a lip that rests on the outside of the shower door when the door is closed which does not prevent shower water from leaving the enclosure.
We called Delta consumer care and they were not very knowledgeable about the shower and could not help us. We are now resorting to Amazon for locate a proper sized door gasket that will keep water inside the shower. Unfortunately, most gaskets are not sized to seal up a 1/2-in gap at the base of the shower door.
Don't make the mistake of buying this shower until Delta solves the issue.

Worked great for me!
I bought this enclosure 5 June 2022 mainly because it dimensionally was a great match for my old, pre-existing base. The installation went well. The cardboard cutout was essential to line up the walls and that worked really well. My magnetic door works well - no issues yet anyways. Delta support helped me as well. All in all very happy with the purchase!

Leaking is an issue
Our contractor installed this enclosure and it has leaked from day 1. By looking at the reviews, this product has been like this for at least 4 years. It's upsetting to see that they have not resolved the issues with this item, but continue to sell it. I would not buy it again.

Bad Design
Because it is frameless, the glass starts pulling away from the wall channel every time you open the door. There is nothing supporting the door other than the vinyl channels holding the glass in. It would be improved if it were not frameless. Add a top channel that holds everything in place. It also leaks. Do not buy!

Worst Design And Customer Service
Installed shower July of 2021, immediately it started to leak at the door seal/magnet - tried to adjust the seal/magnet multiple times - still leaked. Ordered a new gasket kit ($85 out of pocket) once again tried adjusting, had no luck. Contacted Delta customer service, first you sit on hold for an hour only to get someone who has no idea of how this shower is assembled nor what it even looks like. After several emails back and forth, I had to answer questions as to who installed the unit, what sealants were used and provide pictures of the unit with a level on the sides and base. Immediately Delta told me they were voiding my warranty due to improper sealants being used. I argued back stating nowhere in the install directions does it state what sealant Delta recommends, at this time Delta does not say the unit is level/plumb. Deltas response back changed then, they then stated they would send out seal/magnet set. Received the seal/magnet set, installed, unit still leaked in the same spot where the door closes. Emailed Delta back, stating the same concern. Once again Delta sends out another set of seal/magnet kit. Of course, once installed and adjusted several times, unit still leaks. I emailed Delta back, stating I am still having the same concern and requested them to "buy the unit back" - immediately I received a response and was told they reviewed my supplied pictures (from a month ago) of the unit being level/plumb and have now decided to void my warranty as the unit is not level (according to them) so all of sudden Delta customer service is in the construction business. This has been my worst customer service experience ever! DO NOT BUY THIS ENCLOSURE! Case # 12948979

Do not buy. It will leak!
I wish I would have paid closer attention to the almost 100% negative review status for this door. To add insult to injury, I was asked today by a customer service rep to provide proof that my enclosure was level, after explaining to him it was level and plumb. The sweep and magnet seal setup is useless. Do NOT buy this product.

This shower enclosures SUCKS…..
I installed this shower enclosures and from day 1 it has leaked. It leaks at the bottom of the door where the door gasket and the wall gasket meet. I called Delta customer service on Friday 4-8-22 at 10:00AM and after a 1 HR & 15 minute wait my call was answered,shame on me I forgot the name of the woman assisting me. After all the necessary information was exchanged I was asked if I would mind being put on hold for a minute AND GUESS WHAT…….SHE HUNG UP ON ME..UNBELIEVABLE….For a Fortune 500 company I would think their CUSTOMER SERVICE would be a little better……DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT……IT SUCKS AND THE COMPANY SUCKS

Corner leaks after repeatedly being caulked
This shower started leaking less than a month after installation. I have had the seams along the base/wall caulked several times. Three different contractors have looked at it. Water still pours out of the corners. No one knows how to fix it!

Buyer beware - awful design
Read the reviews before you purchase. Like most of the people - the magnetic gaskets do not work - plain and simple. Poor design and awful purchase. I recommend saving the hassle and going a different route.

Beautiful Shower Enclosure; horrible magnet system
I bought this and was able to install it with some help with a family contractor. It went help smoothly with well-written instructions and the construction looked very solid. However, like most people who have reviewed, there is a critical issue with the magnetics. The door will not close at the bottom 1/5 of the door with about 1/8"-1/4" gap which means water will spill out. The door is also susceptible to opening all the way with a small push since 1/5 of the door isn't closed. If you are willing to purchase a 100$ additional magnetic strip to force it close, then this is an excellent option.

Leaky Door & Glass Shattered
This shower was recently installed when we purchased our home. Immediately we noticed the same issues the other reviewers found with the leaks through the gaskets. We rectified this by adding additional caulk. Then we noticed that the wall panel kept coming out of the frame (left door swing). After taking the shower apart twice to reset the wall panel, we finally glued it in and as we were replacing the door the entire glass door shattered and exploded all over our bathroom. We were shocked that tempered glass would literally fill every inch of our bathroom with glass. Suffice to say that we ended up at Urgent Care. My main issue now is that I can't find how to just repurchase the glass door and hardware. I don't want to buy the entire surround again. Thinking about just spending the extra money to have this completely replaced with a different product.

Door leaks
I saved and waited and finally was able to hire someone to install a new shower in my upstairs bathroom . The door has leaked since the first day it was installed. Terrible design. Water went right through the downstairs ceiling.

Door will not closed Delta 38” Frameless Neo Angle
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this 38” Frameless Neo Angle Shower Enclosure. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The shower door will not stay closed. The magnets on the door will not hold the door closed. Water gets on the floor. This really sucks after spending my money and a whole weekend installing a shower in my home. I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes to talk to someone in customer service and no one ever answered the phone. I am very, very disappointed and will never buy a delta product again. EVER. I’m sure someone from Delta will respond to this review with the same script, but this does not help me. Please answer your phone to discuss this major defect before you lose more customers. The worst thing a company can have next to bad products is poor customer service. Not only did I waste my time installing this product in my home, I just wasted 38 minutes of my life waiting for one of Delta’s customer service reps to answer the phone.

Read the reviews before you buy!
I bought this enclosure last week and had it installed by a contractor. It fits my existing neo-angle base well and seemed to be an easy install. My problem is the same one that the other reviews complain about. The magnetic door catch will not hold the door shut. With the magnetic strip loose from the wall side, it seems to grab the door strip well. However, when it is installed on the wall panel, the two magnets just don't hold together. This enclosure appeared to be the best option to replace an old enclosure that had a bad seal at the bottom of the door. It looks great. It just isn't usable.

Shower door leaks
I beleive that the magnet strip on th edoor isn't strong enought to keep the door close during a shower. Leaks water all over the floor from day one after installing the shower. Would not recommend this product.

door sweep does not keep the water in
I installed the shower about 6 months ago. Pleased for the most part but there is always a puddle of water on the floor in front of the 2 door corners. At first I blamed the caulking so i re-did that, but the issue still occurs (and might have gotten worse). I think it is the door sweep. Today I thought I realized I might have put it on backwards, but when I tried to reverse it the door wouldn't close as the longer side would not get passed the bottom bar. Unfortunately, my temporary solution for a towel at the front corners will need to be the long term solution for this. Hopefully I tiled and caulked the floor well enough so the water won't rot the subfloor...

beautiful design....
My new Neo-Angle design shower door is beautiful. But im having issues with the door closing and staying closed. I adjusted the magnetic strips once and that solved the problem then. But now is not the case. I adjusted the strips again and the door jam. the door still does not stay closed. What is the issue? Should I be replacing these rubber strips and magnetic strips? the shower set up is less then 2 months old.

Dangerous
When I hung the door, it wouldn't line up and close right. Turns out, the weight of the door pulls the plate glass right out of it's frame. There is no mechanical fastener to hold the side panels into the frame. I don't know if there is a glue that would be reliable in the hot steamy environment of a shower. Considering the weight of the plate glass door that seems very risky to me. I am returning mine, and I predict this model will go out of production after someone gets hurt and files a lawsuit.

Nice enclosure but leaky door seal like others.
I installed this a month ago and the installation was a breeze. It's a solid enclosure and very nice looking. I had a few issues getting leaks to stop but all it took was some extra caulk. Now, a little over a month after installation, the door will not seal. It sealed fine at first, but now the bottom of the door has a gap even with multiple attempts at realigning the seal.

Can't stop it from leaking
We purchased this product back in April 2018 to upgrade a rental property that we were moving back into in October 2018. Our contractor installed the base walls and glass enclosure professionally, but since we moved in, the enclosure will not stop leaking when it's used. Our first use turned into a disaster as the water that got out needed two large bath towels to soak it up. It was like everything was leaking, the base, the enclosure, the gaskets, etc. I removed ALL the original calk and recaulked the base and the inside around the glass enclosure. It helped stop the flooding that initially occurred, but it still leaks in the corners and maybe behind the base and the gasket the goes on the bottom of the door is useless. It doesn't even cover the entire door bottom. Thank God we have another shower on the other floor. I wish we never bought this item... it looks great, but we can't use it. We're ready to cut our losses and move on to something that just works. Buyer beware of this item.

Door won't seal
I've had this shower for 4 months and now the door won't seal. It is incredibly annoying that water comes out of my shower if I don't hold the handle shut and then it becomes slippery on the tiled floor. I even set a bath mat down and it just gets soaked! I was extremely happy the first couple months but now it's just annoying that I can't take a shower without water getting everywhere.
