Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Shower Enclosure But Touchy Magnet Door Bought in September, 2018 but finally completed installation by the contractor in early November, 2018. Worked great for the first 2 weeks when suddenly the door won't close. The magnet strips on the door won't mate. Made several attempts to readjust and realign the strips but somehow the problem persisted. Very frustrating since no one can use the shower with the door propped open about 1/4" to 3/8". For some reason it appears the door encountered resistance somewhere because it just bounces back when pushed to close. Another dilema is the void space at the door's bottom left corner (when facing it from inside the shower) created by the horizontal and vertical plastic strips. Water leaks out through the opening thereby posing a serious concern. Finally contacted Delta Customer Support for help both via email and p

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the look of the shower The shower has only been installed for a couple of weeks so I can say just yet my complete opinion of it. However, there were leaks around the brackets that hold the glass in place at the bottom, that the instructions did not say should be sealed. My contractor figured it out

The door detached from our unit and the stress caused one of the side walls to shatter. Is there a way to obtain a replacement panel without purchasing an entire kit?

Can this be installed on a 39" base?

What are the guide lines for how much torque to apply to the hardware screws on a Delta 38 x 38 glass enclosure model # 422061 ?

Neo angle Delta shower system. The side panel that the door hinges on was shipped with the glass was not glued . The other panel was glued.. When the door swings, it pulls the top of side panel pulls out of the slot in the jamb. Whats the fix?

I am looking for a replacement part for the shower door in this model. I need a new door sweep as mine has cracked and now a strip of it is just flopping around. No one in Home Depot seems to be able to help me. Please provide a link so I can order.

Is this enclosure available in 68" height ? Or in the alternative, can I get a shorter door for the unit.

I am installing in a room with a very short ceiling (74" from the top of my shower base) and need either enough room above to let steam out or a shorter door for steam release.
